Let me make this quite clear, I am reviewing SunGod customer service (or, to be more accurate LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE) rather than the product.
I ordered a pair of sunglasses with one extra lens on 22 Feb, paid the extra shipping for DHL express delivery on 24 Feb to ensure the sunnies arrived before I went away, they were eventually delivered on 27 Feb after I was gone. I contacted them through their website site chat THREE times (no phone number to be found) and was assured a teammate would contact me within 1-2 days - never happened. Essentially it would appear that getting past the chatbot is not possible - why make a promise of contact that you clearly cannot, or will not, deliver. I’m out of pocket for express delivery costs, I away skiing without the sunnies and completely ignored by SunGod - I hope the product lives up to their claims as I can assure you the customer service most definitely does not. It’s all very well having, what may be a great product, but it needs backing up with commensurate customer service. Just do better SunGod.
Delivery was good but when trying on one of the pair of glasses I am seeing floating purple/blue artefacts. I have tried three times to contact Sungod via there chat bot and i'm told someone will get back to me within 24hrs. Well that hasn't happened and it's been three days. I had high expectations of the service and the glasses as they were recommended by a friend, sadly their experience was better than mine.
Very unclear regarding returns, some products don’t qualify for a refund and this was not clear in purchasing. Poor customer service response. I would not purchase from this company again.
Worst ski goggles I have used, even worse customer service. Lens scratched on first day of use even using the supplied bag. Customer service just told me it was my problem.
I damaged my sunGods and the lady I dealt with over replacement was just wonderful and helpful . It’s brilliant to get service like that and with sunglasses that are incredibly stylish !
I bought a pair of Lando Norris sunglasses a while back and loved them. Reached out to SunGod because a small part of the lenses started to delaminate. I was expecting a fight and pushback on their lifetime warranty but instead they sent out a replacement the next day with no hassle to me at all. Expectational customer service that a lot of companies claim but few follow through with. Gotta give it up to SunGod, I'll be buying more sunglasses from them!
Brilliant service and fantastic product. The whole process has been been spot on. I have never gone online for glasses because of having to sort out the prescription but the whole service has been seamless. Plus, proper, old school customer service with an actual person to liaise with. Abby has been phenomenal and is a credit to the company, so thank you!
Not a great start and some red flags.
Firstly, I ordered and paid for 2 items with promised next day delivery. Only 1 of the items arrived and 2 days later. No sign of the other item. No communication about its status.
Secondly, the Sungod website has no account system so you cannot check the status of orders! Its "Contact us" button does not work and there are no phone numbers, chat functions or email addresses provided to contact customer service. The order confirmation email is a "noreply" address - any company using this tactic clearly does not want to provide proper customer service and deserves a 1 star review for that alone. I had to use an AI to track down an otherwise unlisted webform to try to send a message to Sungod to ask about the missing item. To their credit I did in fact receive a response from their customer service via email within an hour acknowleding their mistake and promising to send the missing item via a different courier. This saves them from a 1 star review.
Talking of which, be warned that Sungod uses Evri in the UK, quite possibly the worst courier service in the country. Being Evri they delivered an hour outside of their indicated delivery window and left the package on the doorstep for anyone to take.
I accidentally sat and broke my SunGod sunglass so I email the customer service , it was very quick response from them and because of the lifetime guarantee they replaced my sunglass frame.

After buying 2 pairs in the buy on get one free Black Friday sale, they were destroyed before I had a chance to wear them when we had total loss house fire. After a few weeks I contacted SunGod to ask if they would honour the deal so I could re-purchase them. They came back to say a free replacement of my order was in the post!! I was already an advocate for SunGod but to stretch the replacement policy to 'destroyed in fire' was a bright moment during a challenging time. Makes a difference to be teated like a person and not just a transaction. Thank you Abby and the rest of the team.
I've been buying SunGod for the last 10 years and have always been super impressed with every one of their every products (11 sunglasses and goggles in total) but as impressive as their glasses is their after care and the support you get when you inevitably break them. It's so quick and easy to fix it when you have a problem like a cracked frame. I'll be a SunGod customer for life and just wish more consumer brands existed that acted the same way.
Purchased a pair of SunGod sunglasses a quite a few years ago which have proved to be very good. Unfortunately they broke and because they have a lifetime guarantee I contacted SunGod yesterday and sent a photo. They had no problem finding my original order and have sent a replacement pair today. What a fantastic service, I don’t think I have ever had such a quick and positive result. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Not only are the sunglasses great their service is the best I’ve known. Can only congratulate and thank them very much. Will be buying more.
Amazing company, great ethos and brilliant customer service. I have had two replacements under the lifetime guarantee. Besides that the glass are sturdy, good designs, light and comfortable. I'm a life long customer.
I ordered 2 pairs of SunGod glasses. I managed to scratch the frame and lens badly within a month or so of getting the glasses. Obviously, i was very disappointed. I told SunGod what happened and they painlessly sent me a replacement pair. This is up there or better than any other online customer service I've experienced before. Well done SunGod. Can definitely recommend, can buy with confidence.
I own 2 pair of limited edition McLaren Sungod's, because I really do like their looks and because I'm a big McLaren fan.
So when, a week or two ago, I noticed one of them was in an unexpected bad shape I contacted Sungod.
Initially things didn't really turn out in a way I expected and liked so I was really dissapointed.
Eventually Sungod reacted to my dissapointment in a way that really did surprise me, but in a good way.
I would like to thank Velizar from Sungod for what he did for me to fix the issue I had.
He really impressed me by how he acted on this matter, like hugely.
By doing what he did he basically gave me the feeling Sungod actually cares about both their customers and product - and that is a rare thing.
I will not forget that.
The result of this is that in a few months I will be buying an extra pair for the birthday of a friend of mine, and I'm recommending Sungod to like everyone.

I've bought 2 pairs of Sungod glasses over the last few years.
They fit me really well, look great and are reasonably priced.
Unfortunately, I accidentally broke my favourite pair. Accidental, but totally my fault - cracked the frame at the bridge.
I submitted a warranty claim via the website, with a photo, all in all 5-10 minutes, thinking they might kindly decline as the breakage was 100% my fault.....
But no, a day or 2 later, a lovely reply saying a new frame was on the way!
I just swapped the lenses over and they're as good as new.
Outstanding customer service.
I cannot recommend highly enough.
If you're considering a purchase, just do it!

I have never experienced such inefficient and slow customer service in my life.
I was sent the 4K lenses instead of the 8K lenses (which I paid for). The next issue was the lenses were all scratched.
Now I totally get that human error occurs, it is clear they were in the wrong batch/pile and it's gone unnoticed. It's how SunGod dealt with it!
Their resonse time was horrendous and when spoken too eventually, the advisor took all my details of the issue. Then last thing on the Friday, he told me to go through the regular returns process. So after a pile of emails back and forth and hours later, I could have just used the normal returns portal even though the product was faulty. He then told me no one would touch it until the Monday, wasting more of my time.
I have then had to fight to get a full refund, including the delivery fee as they sent me a faulty product.
Weeks later, I am still chasing that refund and the responses are slow and not helpful.
I will never use this company again, they do not care about rectifying mistakes.
It was an unfortunate incident while I was cleaning my Limited Edition Series of Ineos Grenadiers which was purchased in 04/05/2023.😩
Noticed why the lens was loose from the top of the frame. Then l realised one of the side catch was broken.😭
So l looked into the Lifetime Guarantee on how to make an request on replacement lens.🤔Send an email and the reply was prompted.😊
I was assisted by Customer Support from Abby & Jess, and throughout the correspondence with them. However due to my Limited Edition Series, l not able to get the same lens.😓
I would like to praise them for their excellence service and professionalism to make the customer happy.😊

I have just returned for a week’s skiing in the alps and can’t believe how amazing my SunGods were.
I’ve always used Oakley’s and prism too. The SunGods are, in my opinion, far superior.
The week started sunny, so I used the darker lenses - they were awesome. Then the weather changed and I had to go the low light lenses. Wow. They were incredible. No flat light for me. I could see everything. I left my friends for dead who were struggling to see the contours of the snow. They tried on my goggles when we got to aprés - needless to say, they were impressed.
