This site is rubbish, you win a tournament & it takes ages to get verified. Said my withdrawal was approved on my account with them & then I got an email saying it was declined. Just another scam site

I haven't written too many reviews on Trustpilot, but I wanted to give a great review for Sunrise Slots online casino! I was surprised to see some negative reviews because I LOVE this casino!! I have recently won 1,000.00 on a 1k daily freeroll tournament and I had no problems withdrawing my winnings into my bitcoin wallet. I have nothing bad to say about Sunrise slots even if I didn't win money! The site is easy to use, the customer support is awesome and the games are really fun. They have great bonuses and different VIP programs etc.. I am a big time online casino player and have tons of experiences from many casinos and truthfully Sunrise is my favorite regardless of winning or not. I do win quite often too. Their slots aren't too tight, pretty much like most other casinos who use RTG software Slots. So this is my review of Sunrise! Highly recommended and definitely 5 stars!! I've been playing there regularly for 3 months or so with no problems also. Thanks🤗 UPDATE: I read a couple reviews about Sunrise from people on here after I posted my review and to put it bluntly I call BS! They either did something wrong or broke the terms and conditions etc.. I have had no problems with them, so it makes me wonder what they are doing wrong..

Sunrise slots took my jackpot win of over $1000 dollars. Reset my winnings to a hundred dollars. I requested a Bitcoin payout on the 7th and they've now stopped communicating with me. Smh.. Sad..

This casino seems to be affiliated with cryptoloko. Please stay away from them! Please read reviews before depositing!! These places are total scams with odd max cashout rules on bonuses and made up excuses for canceling withdrawals!!! Please go with a place that doesnt make you wait days to withdrawal and does not di*k you around with made up reasons to prevent withdrawals! I had deposited more money on this site than any others before I started realizing this “casino” was a joke. They started doing these free daily tournaments, one every hour for five hours starting at 4pm. So I jumped into it. 1st place - $1000. 2nd - $100. 3rd - $50. 4th - 8th(maybe 10th) - $25. I won’t first place the second one I did. Amazing! As soon as I logged in to do the next one there was the $1000 already to withdrawal so after arguing with these wonderful people for customer service about not being able to withdrawal with crypto they told me to wait 24-48 hours & I would be able to. Okay next day, it’s now an option. Well over 2 weeks & 11 business days later, after being told 5-7 days. Then 7-10. Then 7-10 business days. That’s after the initial 5-7 business days it takes for them to even approve the withdrawal in the first place! So after excuses & more excuses I asked customer service today, okay what’s the excuse now? Oh there’s heavy payout flow right now but you should get it by this week. Guess what same agent I talked to last week who literally told me the EXACT SAME THING. I’ve got the screenshots to prove it. So im sure I’ll never see my $1000 or the next $1000 that I ended up winning different day same tournament game. If i even get it I’ll be sure to remove this post.

Very deceptive bonus terms, NEVER allowed to WD $ given as bonus, you need $100 in addition to the full deposit and bonus amount to WD anything.

The above wouldn't be an issue as I deposited 100, got a bonus of 350 and ran it up to $900 before cashout, but i imagine this disqualifies like 90% of potential cashouts, so worth noting.

So i don't have to relive it any more lets just say customer support sucks and thus far, its taken 2 WEEKS to get a single cent of my WD back. I learned today, I guess not surprisingly, they have somehow screwed me even more than I anticipated. Of my initial NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS, they first told me to request a WD of 546 (bc the 353 they granted as a bonus will never be mine, ever) now after 2 weeks of waiting i find a whopping $176 in my BTC wallet. I was surprised it was in there, bc who would send me $176? These scammers apparently. I haven't yet been given any sort of satisfactory answer, but essentially they have no FOR THE SECOND TIME just decided to subtract another $353 from my deposit! Oh, there is also a $15 crypto withdrawal fee, I guess its $1 a day for every day they hold your money for you. Im trying to get my other $353 back but im not optimistic.
