Never had a problem until now. I tryed withdrawal my winnings but been getting the run around.First day was 8/28/23 .ok 7 to 10 working days.Checked after them days,they said was approved 9/15/23,I asked if it would be the 20th of September,was told yes,waited didn’t see nothing.so checked 9/22/23.they said they need all this information again and it will have to be escalated.checked again 9/29/23.now was told they can’t send me the money because them people went home and don’t work on the weekend.so I waited till 10/2/23 and been checking everyday,been told everyday they have to escalate it.This is so pitiful!!!!!!

This casino deserves 0 stars. They will find any excuse to not pay a player and their rules are so contradictory that they can very easily deny your withdrawal for any reason. I won 2nd place in a freeroll tournament and they refused to pay me out and I had to argue with them for days. They did pay me though after a while, but ever since I have been banned from tournaments there

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal nearly a month ago. They say it takes 7-10 business days to be approved which it did and then another 7-10 business days before it is sent out. We are now outside of that time frame and I keep getting told my request will be escalated but here we are still with no bitcoin deposit in my account. I made a withdrawal for almost 1 month and repeatedly asking what is the status of my withdrawal.
their explanations are ridiculous. from approval to draw 10 days through the time frame, and once approved takes 7-10 days for delivery. and the point is they are right CHEATER. so don't expect them to pay, let alone customer service, asking to be respected but their behavior is all very disgusting.

They lie, they'll send you emails claiming you'll get free chips or free spins. But in the end they want you to deposit 300% more. They sent an email on my birthday saying I would get a free 50 on the house, no deposit required. But when I went to claim my birthday gift, lol. It said requires deposit between fixed amount.

It's a crying shame! I requested a few withdrawals on July 16 and 17th via bitcoin which it said would take up to 5 days to hit my account. It has been 7 days and still nothing. I requested 5 payments of $1,900 total. Now I'm being told it will take 7 to 10 days to approve and another 7 to 10 days to be paid. RIDICULOUS!!! BITCOIN is supposed to be instant. I like the games and site but customer service is a joke.

Granted, I get that this is a Casino but the games are rigged. Got lucky once and was avalible for a 80$ cashout, i needed to verify my account, i sent in the documents and after 5 days and no reply besides their auto answer i started to wonder and then i try to log in to the site, but they banned me.

I played on this site won several hundreds of dollars and have received nothing but excuses as to why my withdrawal request has been delayed for more than 2 weeks. Sunrise Slots is not a scam! After winning $130 on my 15 free spins and playing through the ridiculous pay through I was asked to verify with ID and then make a $10 btc deposit. I read almost all bad reviews and decided to message customer service about minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, which is $100 plus the $10 back. l against better judgement decided to put out the btc and write a review. I had to wait 5 days but today my withdrawal came through and $104 was deposited to my btc account. So this site is not a scam they just have very specific rules and terms. If you follow them, you will get your winnings with no problem, just a 5 day wait. I will continue to play this casino and anyone who trashed them on here just can't read terms properly.
