They have the worst app I have ever used. If you have a system but not able to control, go for it. However if you want to control when to charge/discharg battery etc. with their app you will not be able to do that even if you spend hours with their technical support.

I changed loads of settings via the app without really understanding what I was doing and ended up with not knowing what I had done (new toy syndrome). I contacted Sunsynk and a very helpful Customer Support member corrected all the settings very quickly with a layman's explanation. Panic over! Thank you Sunsynk!

Having just had solar and batteries installed, its been a learning curve. Woke up and invertor screen was turning on and off and not connected to the app. Quick message to the Sunsynk app people, they told me to reset the invertor and how to do it correctly. Problem solved within minutes. All within 5 mins of first contact, cant argue with that.

This was our first Sunsynk install. 2x 5kw inverters running in parallel. Only a minor problem with one of the data dongles. Installer support was first class. The agent we spoke to was knowledgeable and patient; and together with their tech support staff soon had the issue resolved.

I encountered an inverter that required a six-digit code, which I did not possess as it was reportedly generated overseas. I promptly contacted Sunsynk regarding this matter. The team responded swiftly, requesting the inverter's serial number and proof of purchase via invoice. Although my client was geographically distant and I lacked immediate access to the invoice, Sunsynk's team proceeded to explain the circumstances that led to the inverter's password requirement. After a few days, the client provided the invoice. Upon submitting the invoice with proof of purchase, I received the code before noon on the same day. I entered the code on the inverter, and it successfully unlocked. Both my client and I are very satisfied and highly recommend Sunsynk inverters.

It was a great experience to get expert advice and hands on assistance in making my solar system more efficient. I had mine installed Februaey 2023, never got any instructions, coaching or guidance on how the system worked at all. And after numerous requests, I finally gave up. I still had a high electric bill but had a solar system that was supposed to help with that. I hired another "solar" person to try and explain things to me, and it cost me additional money. I learnt just a little bit more than before. But I wasn't even aware of this online assistance. Thank you for providing this, it makes having a Synsynk system easy to use.

To start with I bought a lifelink from eBay expecting to have a few problems but the problem was I couldn’t get no display so got in touch with Sunsynk Service by email. I’ll have to 4 to 5 Service engineers sending emails forwards and backwards. It was decided the Inverter you needed to go back to something was a bit of a problem since I didn’t have the original box but we overcame this problem sent back and I’m glad to say Sunsynk replaced the item at no cost to me so you can understand why they’ve got a five star rating I do have two
other inverters which will be parallel thanks again Sunsynk Steve
