The equipment has broken in just over a week, Boxt is the supplier who have been horrific to deal with and I’m now in a dispute with them but as the inverter stopped working and now the battery, I’ve had the misfortune of trying to use the Sunsynk online chat. Save yourself the stress, they are terrible. Asking very basic questions that I’ve already clarified but the icing on the cake was asking if I’d tried switching it on. Save yourself the money, the stress and the hassle and buy a different technology.

I contacted Sunsynk through the app on the chat section .
I found it very easy to use , I think I only waited a minute or so for a reply from an advisor which I thought was fantastic by the way .
I think the advisor was very knowledgeable and I was given some advice which I shall follow up with my installer now . Overall a great experience. Thank you Sunsynk

Absolutely horrendous customer service is not something they even attempt completely ignored my queries and kept on sending me their manual. If I am supposed to read the manual then what are you here for. Others were not so bad but Anna Williams was rude and completely incompetent. There is no one there to complain to as well. Feels like a huge mistake going with Sunsynk you can't call anyone

Just added a third 8.8Kw inverter to the two existing inverters. The only problem I had was finding an older model that is compatible with the existing two. Once found and installed, the process of bringing the new inverter up to date was quick and invisible to the operation of the plant.

I didn't have to wait long, even though I was 4th in the queue. Contacted support about the charging issue, and they double-checked that I had set the timer wrong. Support reset the time setting for me, and everything is running smoothly now.

They use bad sales companies like Renewafuel who are just trying to sell you their pay monthly scheme and once you have paid in full and they have got your money no further contact.
First instillation and set up was wrong.
Second took ages to come out and put right.
But even then it was not set up correctly.
Poor customer service: did not return service request emails.
Renewafuel have no after sales service or training on how to set up system, system not set up right, we had to find some online videos on how best to set up the SunSynk system. Still not sure if it is set up correctly.
Arranged 3 call backs with Renewafuel to discuss optimising our system, they never called back.
Renewafuel have a bad CRM system as they installed our system and then were contacting us to arrange a call to sell a solar system.
Seems we cannot use the battery for our own use, only to sell energy back to grid.

Connected support at Sunsynk and was assisted within 5 mins of waiting was 4th in cue but went fast and was connected to a support agent who assisted me on the chat and sorted my problem out without any issues. I was skeptical at opening a chat but was highly surprised how easy it was . Well done much appreciated.

My battery discharged to below 20% and triggered an alarm in the middle of the night. The Chat operator was able to a) switch off the alarm function and b) switch on the overnight charge to run from 1 to 4AM.
Quick and easy.
