I had placed an order for 10* mustikka mehu and 2* taffel bags to ship to Belgium.
Took a little bit of time to get shipped but arrived in great condition. Came with 2 boxes because of heavy weight and the chips being fragile to be in same box.
So great care for shipping.
Will order again for sure when feeling homesick.

Do not order anything from this company. I placed an order three weeks ago. Customer care has expressly admitted that the package has been lost, BUT GLS is looking for it and I have to wait indefinitely until they hear back from the carrier. Instead of canceling the order and refunding me or sending me a new one and possibly having GLS resend the lost one (if it is found), Suomikauppa’s customer service just told me that I have to wait, without telling me how long.
I strongly advise against ordering from them. If something happens to your goods, you will never see your money or the products you ordered again.
Worst customer care I have ever dealt with in my life.

Never received the order and got only partial refund.

Instead of travelling directly from Finland to destination as it should have, the package went first to Denmark then to Germany and then to my country. However it was never delivered.

Most disappointing that Suomikauppa gave me only partial refund. Not acceptable.

Just received my order, mostly fresh baked goods. The package arrived in perfect condition and early (Yay to DHL!), the product inside was incredibly fresh and tasty (Yay to Vaasan and Oululainen Leipomot!), even the chocolates (Yay to Panda) carefully packed for the trip half way around the world, and happy tummies all around the house (Big YAY to Suomikauppa!)
Well done and patiently waiting for you to start cold shipments of the taste of Finland to California. Well done for all these years I’ve been your customer.

I had been eyeing this store for a while and finally splurged to order a lot of candies, chocolates, bread, and other things because the shipping does add up and I wanted it to be worth it.
I came to check these reviews before ordering and was surprised to see some of the negative ratings, though I did read and see some of them were nonsense, such as people not reading information on when something would be shipped (bread on Mondays only) lol.
I wanted to give them a good review as a result. Everything arrived without any problems, the packaging was neat, and surprisingly, my chocolates were fine despite the recent 30-35°C temps in Michigan. Given that I placed my order during the weekend and it contained bread (only a few to test - I wasn't sure how fast shipping would be as there was only one option for the US) it is obvious that my order wasn't going to get sent out the following Monday, but rather on Monday the week after. Shipping speed did surprise me, it was so fast and my breads were very much okay, even a few days before the best-before dates so it wasn't necessary to rush them into my freezer.
The dates for everything else were good too. I've heard of places selling expired products and have received some myself, and this isn't one of those.
Overall great experience, would recommend, and will order more later!

Shopping process was easy and clear but I would have loved a warning from the shopkeepers that shipping is taking longer than usual. My huge bread order is getting moldy somewhere in transit and impossible to get information from the shipment company. Luckily Suomikauppa has offered to refund for everything that has gone off during delayed shipping.

Absolutely wonderful! I live in the UK and so far I have not been disappointed with my orders. Quick delivery and good quality. Due to the pandemic situation, I have not been able to visit my home country so this has been a godsend.

I put order in 15.4.19 and was shipped in 29.4.19. I will eat my fazer mignons little later, but still love you!

I Ordered a Gift for my wife. She was very surprised. Product is Good, Thank you very much for the perfect delivery.

The order take a few days(about 2-3 days) to be verified but after that he's shipped quickly and it arrive 4 days later.

Products were really well packaged, as described and with good expiration dates.

Definitely trustworthy. I've spent thousands on products and each time they have arrived undamaged (except for customs clearance check on a coffee brick), and in acceptable time. Otherwise fantastic. My go-to site for "Finngasms".

Wonderful service, amazing products! You made my Christmas few years back when I found out that I could use the traditional stuff for baking! Not only that, I keep ordering quite a few things to keep the cupboards topped up here in the UK! Lovely.

My husband is from Finland. He came to the US two years ago to live here with me. I discovered this shop around then and it was a great find! I was able to order him all the foods he missed from home. We have placed quite a few orders from this site and we've never had any issues! Our order always gets to us on time and the products are always great. I would definitely recommend this if you're missing Finland or you just want to try some Finnish things.

The day i found this website was the best kind of day. I had missed out on my favourite finnish coffee for a good 2.5 years, i ordered soon as i could afford to purchase my favourite finnish goods, i wait the day they sell rissi pirkka's there. So after almost 9 years living there and finding out why i liked finnish foods etc was do with my ancestory, having that first cup of katriina kulta kavhi brought back happy memories of snow and friends .
