I would give more stars to start with But it ended well with the confusion on routers I did get my money back which was a surprise but despite just a rem8nder to everyone who reads this PLEASE PLEASE KEEP YOUR ROUTERS AND SEND THEM BACK TAKE A PHOTO OR RECORD THIS ON YOUR PHONE AT THE POSTOFFICE SO YOU HAVE THE EVIDENCE A ND KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS APART FROM I WAS SATISFIED IT ALL GOT RESOLVED SO THANK YOU TO the manager who dealt with me me kind regards sharon

Efficient chat service.
I wanted to cancel my contract after 20+ years zs I am giving up my landline. Although it was difficult to get an answer by phoning the chat service was very efficient and Lara took me through the process easily.

Password issues and change of mobile
I had password issues which were quickly resolved and my mobile updated by Lara. Great to talk to a human, please dont replace them AI cannot do much more than basic things.

Technical Support extremely good.
I recently had to call Supanet Technical services and spoke with a very helpful support worker - Durrani. He was patient and carried out numerous task in an attempt to identify no dialling tone on my telephones and a router only working intermittently.
Despite is valiant efforts he contacted Open Reach who are contracted to resolve such issues.
I was most grateful as he worked tirelessly in testing the connections etc. Thank you.

Prior to this tried phoning - advised 15 minute wait time, waited 55 minutes and still no one picked up - this phone wait till e unacceptable
