Super Bright LEDs does not stand behind its products.
After installation, part of my LED strip light did not work correctly. I contacted them for a warranty replacement, but after giving me the runaround, they told me the product was discontinued and they had no replacement available.
Their “lifetime warranty” appears to be meaningless if they refuse to provide a comparable replacement, credit, or refund when the product fails.
I have purchased over $20,000 from them in the last 12 months, and this experience has been extremely disappointing. I am also concerned that customers may not be able to freely post Google reviews, which makes it harder for real customers to share honest experiences. Based on how they handled this warranty claim, I would be very careful before relying on their warranty promises.

The statement that our lifetime warranty is "meaningless" is false. As clearly stated in our official Lifetime Warranty Policy, if the exact product is no longer available, a gift card for the value of the original purchase price will be provided. We also want to address the implication that customers cannot freely leave reviews. That is simply not true. Customers are welcome to share their honest experiences on Google or any other review platform.
