Nottingham supercuts

Nottingham supercuts
Stylist named Oksana is great without a doubt, simply the best.
But last time I booked an appointment- I was told to come at certain time but someone else was taken when I arrived. Next time I was told to come in 30 minutes - same thing happened, I received apology - mix up in booking- but no indication of how long I will have to wait ( I waited for over an hour) Senior member of staff instead of apology just laughed which I found rather unprofessional.

I go to the shop in Westside plaza…

I go to the shop in Westside plaza absolutely wonderful always had foils and took 5 hour all in total and hair was badly damaged went in and ended up getting an all over cover which took only 2 hours and the colour is great and my hair is looking amazing excellent service and such a lovely lady

Lydia is a very talented hairdresser

Lydia is a very talented hairdresser, who provides expert advice when colouring your hair. She is also extremely good at cutting and styling. She is a naturally helpful person, and makes you feel very comfortable when providing her excellent hairdressing skills. This is the 2nd time Lydia has coloured, cut and styled my hair, and I am very impressed, she is a definite asset to the Farnborough branch of Supercuts.

I want to share my experience during…

I want to share my experience during my recent visit to Supercuts Lakeside Thurrock, where Sarah cut washed and blow-dried my hair. I have never taken the time to write a review about a haircut before, but I felt so happy with the outcome and wanted to thank Sarah for the outstanding results. Sarah's attention to detail and her professional approach made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable.
Since my visit, I have received loads of compliments.
Thank you Sarah for the brilliant haircut I will be back for another one soon.

Each time I have my hair done it's great

Each time I have my hair done at Princes Quay Hull, it is always done correctly and professional. The staff are very welcoming, polite and look after you. I have read other reviews from across the country, and thank goodness we have these hard working staff here in Hull. I went today and as usual ,the other customers in the salon, had brilliant service,, I saw this myself. My hair colour and cut was amazing. Thankyou all.

Went there today for dry cut and came…

Went there today for dry cut and came home seen my hair properly and its all wonky straight cut isnt straight terrible looking hair now what a waste of money.
Worse salon in white rose.

Horrible haircut

About 2 weeks ago I went shopping to Staines and as there was only 1 customer waiting at Supercuts and as I was in a hurry I decided to have a hair cut. While waiting I looked at the prices for a dry cut. There was only one member of staff who seemed rushed doing everything When it was my turn she forced me to have a wash saying she could not do a dry cut [Why are they advertising for dry cuts? it is misleading]. I never had such a quick wash and I am pretty sure no conditioner.
In the middle of the cut she left me for quite a while when she went dealing with a customer about appointment for coloring. Quick blow dry and the result disappointing. And for that I was told it was it will cost me£42.50 and I could not have a receipt unless I gave my email address which I did not want to do. I was shocked but paid anyway. After I washed my hair at home I realised it was a terrible hair cut hidden by the blow dry. The layers looked like they were cut horizontally, straight line in my neck and one side shorter that the other. When my friend saw me she said 'my god what happened to your hair'. And when I got my bank statement I realised that I had been charged £44.45? First time I went to Supercuts and I shall never go again to this place which is not anyway a welcoming place, a bit dirty and seems to sneak charges when they can. For this price I shall go to a nice salon where I am treated nicely , feel special and where I get a nice coffee and a nice haircut. In the mean time till I can book an appointment to a hairdresser to do something about my hair I wear a hat when I go out

AVOID.!

AVOID.!! AVOID. AVOID
Doesn't even deserve one star !
Went in for full head highlights and base colour from the roots down.
All highlights are one to 2 cm from the roots ! Looks ridiculous round the sides and the fringe . When I questioned why the highlights weren't going down to the roots was told not necessary due to base colour going on and told to trust them .
The medium to dark brown base colour was only applied to the roots again one questioned was told just trust them doesn't need to go any further than the roots . Then was told to wait for 30 minutes 90 minutes and three customers later &
After being at the sink for 45 minutes & x2 toners later and insisting I needed a haircut which I refused because I was by now I was extremely concerned & wanted to see the colour result .
Mass clumps of greeny yellow highlights 2 cm from the roots !! Base colour coppery ginger all of the middle and ends of my hair are different colours .
When I asked what have you done to my hair was told it is just Hair don't worry which just sums up Supercuts.
Avoid at all cost I would rather pay double and go elsewhere. They have literally ruined my hair. Don't know how much it's going to cost to try and correct.

Friendly + Attentive

Recently I attended the Aylesbury branch and was seen by Gina as a last min dash on 24/12/25.
I found her open + honest about what was achievable.
She listened to me as the customer and cut my hair really well.

I would definitely return in the future.

The blowdry was terrible

The blowdry was terrible. I asked for loose curls and he only used a barrel brush and kept scrapping my forehead, red. After over an hour, there was no curl and my hair felt really dry and crisp. I've never had an experience quite like it but it was new years eve and i didn't want to dampen everyone's mood by complaining so i thanked him and paid top hair salon prices. I had to redo my hair when i got home. I will never go back to Bromley Supercuts in the glades.

Mansfield Store

went into Mansfield to have a wash, cut,
blow dry and style and Paloma was great. she was friendly, professional and calm despite having some technical issues with the computer. she took her time and made sure i was happy before taking payment and leaving. recommended products and gave me tips without it being over bearing and preachy. have been here a few times and always been good but today stood out for all the right reasons!

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. I went today at 12 and was out the door by 12.30, my hairstyle did not introduce herself, did not ask me to place my handbag or coat on a rack. I paid £55 for a straight line and the line is not straight

Useless queuing system

Saved my spot, kept refreshing the timer page which kept fluctuating. 20 mins, then over an hour, then 35 mins. With the timer showing 35 mins I then got a text message to say I was next and to be there in 15 mins. I arrived 9 mins later only to be told I’d lost my slot!! This is the Wycombe branch in Xmas eve. I didn’t feel very Christmassy after that!!!

I went shopping and thought I would pop…

I went shopping and thought I would pop into supercutz.

The money was taken off my card before the hairdresser even touched my hair , super cutz is very smart indeed with regards to payments , so there is no way of refusing to pay out iof embarrassment should things go pear shaped..

Anyway , I made the payment and the hairdresser who was a pleasant lady asked me to sit down whilst she cut my hair .

After finishing, I realised huge amounts of hair on my top and shoulders, I also realised that the hairdresser just quickly slipped away to the the desk without helping me to brush the mess off my top and shoulders and didn’t even bother to tidy my hair after cutting , it looked like a birds nest after I left the salon .

When I visit any hairdresser, I feel like a million dollars but on this occasion sorry to say I felt as though my money went straight into the bin .

When I reached home , I tidied my hair myself and when I straightened it , I realised it was uneven.

Very dissatisfied and upset indeed with the service I received st super cutz, this was supposed to be a branded name that charges above average charge but I realised the standards have gone down with regards to looking after a customer. Contacted a number to get my refund but no luck .

Website is atrocious

I cant explain how absolute dogshit the user interface is. Trying to get an appointment using their website is like splitting and atom with chopsticks. Not to mention when you do get an appointment, the timings are so wildly inaccurate you might receive a text telling you its time to join D-day. It may say 15 minutes but there's actually an hour. It may say youre next and to make your way there as youre up in 10 minutes, but the person in front of you has a 45 minute slot.
