In April of 2025 I made an order at this shop, for clothing for around 770 euros in total. The expected waiting time was indicated at the website as being about six weeks. When approximately that period had passed I emailed and enquired about the status of the order. I got the reply that it would take a little longer. Since then I enquired roughly once per month about the status, but I never heard back a second time. Eventually, December 17 2025, I asked for a refund. I did not get any reply to that request either. By far the worst customer experience I have ever had with a webshop.

Dreadful company with equally poor quality material and production. Sun standard would be too nice. They won’t communicate in particular when they send damaged items. Avoid like the plaque. Plenty of other providers who are much better

I ordered two dresses in Feb 2020. In July I had not received any of them so I filed a payoal refund request. After much correspondence I finally received one of the two in late July. The dress was at least two sizes too big although I had provided exact measurements. I had to sew it myself to a smaller size. I still asked a discount through Paypal and asked to be refunded for the price of the other dress. Paypal decided against me. It is now Oct 2020. I have not received but one of the two dresses I paid for 8 months ago. I don't recommend Paypal either. A local credit card co would be easier to work with.

good quality of the body and fast responce. They did made some extra locking options to the body I'm very happy with it. And will order later again there.

Poor service, even worse workmanship and cheap materials. Amazing poor quality and even worse craftsmanship.
Purchased many items over the years but the quality is now really really poor. I would recommend using a British company that knows about quality and customer service as these people have no idea
