I had a great experience at Superdrug thanks to Viral. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient. She went out of her way to help me find the products I was looking for and made the whole shopping experience so much easier. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. I mostly go to the Upton Park Brach. From the Staff at the door, the Pharmacy and the Counter Staff are courteous.

I’d like, today, to give a special mention ti Krishna at the Perfume Counter.

First time she served me, I asked for a suggestion for a special gift.

I visited on 22/7/2026 and she remembered our encounter. While serving me she noticed that I wasn’t getting the discount on a Nina Ricci I was buying - I wouldn’t have been any the wiser. She asked a senior staff to fix that for me.

Today she again she recalled our past two interactions.

i had 4 piercings in my ears done today by abbie at illkeston superdrug. she was amazing, she made sure everything was even on both sides and made sure i was happy with the placement too. she was very professional and so friendly and was speedy!! also the price was so worth it i paid £42 for all of them as u had a discount for getting 2 piercings and also my student discount.

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of this product and the customer service I have received, even though im a very loyal and long standing customer.

I purchased Superdrug Advanced Silicone Dressings, but they were clearly defective. The dressings would not adhere to my skin at all and lifted away immediately, making them completely unusable for their intended purpose. As a result, one of my wounds was left uncovered when it should have been protected.

This caused me significant inconvenience. I had to make an unnecessary return journey to the Feltham store, where I was informed that, because I had used Health & Beautycard points towards the purchase, the store could not help me and I would have to contact Head Office instead.

I then had to make further journeys to purchase replacement dressings from Asda and Boots at my own expense. Those products worked perfectly, confirming that the issue was with the Superdrug dressings and not my skin. There was no allergic reaction—the product was simply defective and failed to perform its basic function.

Customer Services asked me to provide the batch number, photographs and further information. I supplied everything requested immediately, including photographs showing that the dressings would not stick. Despite fully cooperating, I have still received no meaningful update or resolution.

I expected a simple resolution: the reinstatement of my Health & Beautycard points, a refund of the cash element paid, and an investigation into what appears to be a faulty batch. Instead, I have been left chasing for updates with no substantive response.

I hope Superdrug now takes this complaint seriously, investigates the defective product properly, and improves the way it treats customers who raise genuine quality concerns

I recently visited the Horsham store and had very little time to browse so I asked Anna, the Assistant Manager, if she could recommend the specific cruelty free ranges. She asked what I was looking for and when I said it was a particular shade of lipstick Anna spent time looking with me until I found the ideal one. She was professional, enthusiastic and provided 100% customer service which is very rare these days.

Johanne, Sonia, Ronnie and Nina were AMAZING!!! They are such a lovely and friendly team ❤️ they helped me with finding my Revolution powders - light banana and Translucent and i got a great bargain deal with a free Lychee lip 💋 oil too. I had great chat with all of them. THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY SHOPPING EXPERIENCE FANTASTIC 👏🏽 🫂💝

I visited Chesire oaks super drug and I was disgusted..me and my friends was greeted with discrimination due to us being minors and followed round,we caused no issue and wanted to buy some makeup.However,we felt to awkward to purchase anything..Me and one of my friends out of 4 stepped outside to wait for our other 2 friends and when my friends was in the store was followed again,one of my friends reported to one of the staff on how there was a USED sanitary towel on the floor of the store, staff dismissed this issue not even slightly caring.Extremely poor hygiene..
2 staff followed us around the shop,is our age a threat?
