Superdry - Cambridge Reviews 

I often shop at Superdry and have a lot of clothes from there. I went into the Cambridge store to check how much money I had on two gift vouchers. The gift vouchers are 'One4all', so they can be used at various shops, including Superdry.

I thought this would be a quick and easy thing to check, but the staff member was unnecessarily rude and patronising. She immediately said that in future I 'should look online before coming into the shop', which I didn't even know was an option. She repeatedly made out as though it was all too much trouble for her, even though there was literally nobody else in the shop, so it's not like I was holding up the queue!

It only took a couple of minutes for them to check in the end, but, as a regular customer, I was very disappointed with the tone and attitude of the staff member. She clearly needs training in customer service.

Great clothes at a reasonable price, friendly staff and well presented stock.

An excellent tee shirt and very reasonably priced I was expecting it to be dearer considering the quality.

I am writing regarding an ongoing issue my husband has experienced with your Stormtrooper jackets over the past five years.

During this time, he has owned three of these jackets, that we can remember, but in all honesty we think hes had these jackets repeatedt over the course of 15-20 years, with quality significantly reducing as tbe years have gone on, all purchased because he genuinely liked the product and found them exceptionally warm, comfortable, and suitable for use in a wide range of weather conditions. Having served in the Army for 25 years, reliability and durability were especially important to him, which is why he continued replacing the jacket with the same model each time.

Unfortunately, with all three jackets, the zip failed shortly after the one-year warranty period expired. Given that this has now happened repeatedly, and after reading a large number of similar online reviews mentioning zip failures, it appears this may be a more widespread issue rather than simple bad luck.

My husband has recently retired from the Army, and I had intended to purchase another replacement jacket for him. However, before doing so, I felt it was only fair to contact you directly to explain the situation and provide honest feedback.

A significant number of military personnel and veterans use these jackets specifically because of their reputation for warmth and reliability in demanding conditions. I would hope Superdry would value this feedback and consider reviewing the recurring zip issue, as it is disappointing for an otherwise excellent jacket to repeatedly fail in the same way.

I would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this matter and whether there is anything Superdry can do to restore our confidence in the product before I advise others within military forums and communities to consider alternative brands.

I purchased two jackets from the Superdry Cambridge store and was very happy with the range of clothing available and the service provided. Due to both jackets being subjected to an online sale price, I enjoyed a 30% reduction, saving me over £60. It should be noted that Superdry stores do not offer sales prices but if you ask to check online prices, they will apply the sale price. So ask!

Dropped a return into Cambridge store on the 28th December. No email to confirm return (they are aware of email issues) and no refund.
Have tried to contact but the only way is through their website and you just get a generic email saying what you want to hear. No contact number, no live chat, no customer care, no refund. Steer well clear of this shocking company.
