My experience with Superdry was surprisingly good, two young staff helped me and nothing was to much trouble a refreshing change . Superdry at Designer Outlet East Midland get 10 out of 10 with me.

Very misleading sizing. No good for average or larger guys.
I like the products but rarely can find anything that fits. For most Manufacturers or retailers I take XL or XXL. At Superdry it’s 3XL or 4XL which I can rarely find available either in stores or on line. You must miss out on a whole chunk of business.
In addition I found a tee shirt with a 3XL sticker on but at the till I spotted that the sewn in label was 2XL. Of all the tee shirts in the shop there were only 2 at 3 XL and 0 at 4XL. I’m not particularly big either!

Good quality sweatshirts and hoodies. Staff good in store at Mcarthur Glen East mids. However sign in store for any 2 sweatshirts/hoodies for £60 did not cover the ones I bought.
