I've made one order which has arrived in 2 parts. One was home delivered but the other part went to the post office which is not close to home.
When I made the order it wasn't clear to me that this would have happened.
On the other hand the quality is really nice and the fit was just as hoped.

Some articles appear as in stock but after you put them in your cart and you try to place an order they are no longer there.

The website is a bit clumsy and there are no advanced filters like filtering by material.

Good quality, fast shipping, just perfect. :)

Super disappointed
My daughter ordered a way to small backpack. Sure, the dimensions where correct in the description, it turns out. But the picture was really misleading and fooled my daughter.
Returns are really bad, they dont even provide a return slip so now I need to find a public printer to print out the slip, not to mention that the return cost is not included.
First and last time buying from Superdry

Nice webstore, good layout, fast shipping.

SuperDry is one of my favorite brands. But they are a bit expensive, so I have to wait for sales to buy something nice.Online store works perfect, delivery is fast and free.

Nice categorization of product, easier to find. Each product has a specification which along with the material used list out the sizing. The product photographs are relevant along with a short video just to give a good perspective of the product when worn.

The hoodie has some white threads showing through beside the front zipper. Pretty obvious flaw that should have been picked up during quality control. Will try to fix this myself. Love the hoodies from your company but I will be reluctant to online shop again.

The zipper on my jacket broke down a part of it came lose, I had the recite and went to the store. The store manager helped me with the refund, and arranged it so I could get a new jacket. Ended up saving money and time by delivering it to my house. Super nice staff, polite and customer friendly.

SuperQuality and SuperFast delivery. Havent take more than 2 days deliverytime from Belgium to Sweden 3 times that I order.

Just one negative thing is that same size is very different depending on differnt model. Ordered to different cargo shorts size 36, one was perfect fit and the other one looked like size for an elephant

I received completely different items than what I had ordered. I emailed the customer care and I have not received any response from then. It has been almost 4 days now.

Love the clothes, unfortunately the store has yet to reach the 21st century in terms of easy returns. I was in need of changing the size due to faulty information, however the return needs to be made to Belgium on the buyers expense.

The clothes can not be changed in any of the Superdry stores located close to where I live in Sweden. The company does not supply afflilated shipping with reduced rates, the buyer needs to fix this themselves. When I checked the price for shipping it was well over 20 Euro.

For all of you who really like the brand as I do, I would recommend buying the clothers either in store or through a popular competitor who sells the clothes, but offers free shipping and returns.

If however you are certain of size and modell, I can really recommend the store due to very fast shipping and with delivery right to your front door which at least for me is very appreciated.

My choise! Good quality. Top design.

Nice product but high price.

I had to pick up the package somewhere else instead of right at my door. Also, you should be able to ship the products in store as another choice.
