Their daily pass is a lie. Every time you purchase their daily pass, it's never the advertised amount. currently 10 USD as of June 7th '23. Took a ride for 30 minutes as advertised, and it was almost 20 USD. Couldn't afford the advertised 2nd ride within 24 hours, because they sucked up all my money. What a bunch of scammers.

Absolutely Garbage! First time I tried using their scooter the pick up spot was at the bottom of a steep hill. The scooter would not even attempt to go up even the slightest slope. It was so useless I thought it was broken. So I cancelled and tried another scooter and that was just the same. What kind of imbeciles would build a scooter that can't go uphill and then park them up at the bottom of one!? They think I want to pay to push their scooter up a hill! This is Madeira, it's all hills so the thing is absolutely useless. And when I complained they refused to refund me and gave me credit. Credit for a useless scooter!
So tonight I needed to get into town, which is all downhill from the pick up spot so I thought I'd give it a go, after all I had the credit they gave me. I walked 30 minutes to the pick up spot and there's not a single scooter!!! So I contacted support and they suggested that I walk another 20 minutes in the opposite direction. How do I know I won't get there any there's none there either! I would give this bunch of utter clowns a swerve if I were you.
UPDATE: Sneaking/Tradeinn are seemingly trying to get bad reviews removed. I had to update my review with an order number so my review didn't get removed despite the fact it has been several months since they let me down and sent me a refund! Disgraceful people.

Someone logged in my acc and bought some credits with my account without knowing and I wrote the community and support more then 5 times and no one answerd !!

Bought one of their products (Copenhagen Wheel), one of the most expensive of his type, back in 2019.
It stopped working last month and I get no answers or help from the company.
After several emails to support and a bunch of messages, via social media, still no reply!

While my van was being repaired at a local garage, i thought it would be a good idea to use the electric scooters that are readily available in my area as a form of cheap transport.
After downloading the App and crediting my account with £15 i decided to try it out.
The scooter i chose didn't work straight away, but i was still being charged for standing with it. Eventually it worked, and i had a quick test ride to get used to it, and i was charged £2.50 for around 10 minutes.

The next time i tried to use one, it didn't work at all, and i was still charged for holding it. I walked to the next parking area and tried a different one, and again it didn't work, and i was charged for holding it in the street.

These are supposed to be serviced and checked on a regular basis, but obviously not, and it would seem that complaining doesn't get you anywhere either as i am still waiting for a reply and return credit from the first complaint i made.

In my opinion, it's a complete waste of time and money, and you should never rely on using one to get anywhere .... catch the bus, at least they are reliable (in a fashion).

Although money is loaded in my account and my credit card information is defined, the scooter does not allow us to use it and it gives a constant error. Won't let me delete my credit card info! I have suspicions about fraud! Even though I have emailed support, they never solve my problem!
