Never buy tickets from Supersaver avoid it, i have booked two tickets from Oslo to Pakistan, due covid my flights has been canceled. i requested them for a refund, they never send my money back, everytime i called them they made excuses only.

Worst customer service ever!
Didnt get any help to change my tickets, neither got a refund for them. They lied to me in 11 months now, and didnt get my money back. Plus i’ve waited over 5hours on a call, and still got on hold. And still they didnt resolve my problem. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
So much scam their!

After the flight got cancelled the airplane company issued a refund pretty much insanteniousy, but supersaver is still sitting on it refusing to pay it back blaming it on corona situation. It is the same situation for us too and we don't use it to lie and steal. From what I see the same has happened to hundreds of others and if there's ever a class action lawsuit against the company please feel free to contact me regarding this.

Worst customer service ever. The airline issued a voucher 11 months ago for a ticket that we could use due to covid-19 and they NEVER said anything to us. They kept saying they were asking for the money (that is what we asked for). They have been lying to us for almost one year and when you need something from them dont expect to get it because the people from the customer service line are terrible and they have a very unprofessional way of "helping" the customer.

Don't ever use this company. I was supposed to fly 8 sep. Flight was cancelled because of covid. Now it is oct 20, still have not got my payment refunded. Even if I pay 1000,- nok in extra insurance from them if the flight was cancelled because of covid. They are criminals in my book, I will never use them again, and recommend no one else to do eighter.

Very unserious. Tickets just got cancelled without any opportunity to rebook or get back money. Booked tickets from Brussels Airlines through supersaver. Checked the site of Brussels Airlines, but apparently there are still tickets for my cancelled flight. This is such a deception.. I'll never book here again.

Non-existing costumer service, zero replies. We have been waiting for 7 months for our refund. Never again.

We are really considering to file a lawsuit before December.

Never again! Got my flight cancelled due to Covid-19. Norwegian refunded the money to Supersaver same day as I spoke to them on the phone 2 months ago. Supersaver confirms they recieved the money from Norwegian, but have still not transferred the money to me and says it will take 5-6 months(!) to process the refund (?). Not acceptable

Never more! I bought a flexi ticket and tried to make a change, the phone was never picked by the customer service, so I just dropped the whole trip.

In March I was informed that my flight would be cancelled due to the covid-19 outbreak. I was told my money would be refunded, so I was patient and waited. But in the last 2 months I have contacted them several times, and every time they write that my refund has been made and the case is closed. I have also checked with my bank. But supersaver is not willing to reopen the case to check if there was an error in their system. So basically 300$ has just disappeared.

In march i wanted to cancel my flight because of corona, i emailed them a full week ahead of time as well.., automated response said that they would contact me and if not able to do so in time I should contact the airline itself(which couldn’t do anything as the ticket was purchased through super saver)....
Tried calling over fifty times with Only a few set responses each time; calling signal that after a while went dead, Busy signal, or with a answering machine telling me to call their uk number(Which in turn told me the number wasn’t in use).
Their email then came just a day or three before set departure that they couldn’t do anything about it.
Horrible company, poor customer service, unreachable, and they keep spamming your email afterwards with garbage commercials!

Use a known travel agency with good guide lines or go through the airline directly, don’t use these guys!!

That is so annoying that I got very weird answers that mismatches the information that I got through email earlier. No real help through the phone after many times putting me on hold for nothing. Very hopeless!

There are to many addons that is not needed which are repeated continuously. As well as hidden fees for the seat allocation. For most people with travel insurance, these addons are not necessary.

Unsatisfactory customer treatment if something goes wrong!

1. If you want to book a ticket through supersaver, first add approximately 30 euro to the offered ticket price. This is the amount Supersaver will request when your flight is canceled by the airline 12 days before depature(!).

2. If you book your flight AND hotel through supersaver, don't even think that supersaver will help you cancel your booked hotel and get back your money. They offered only automatic IVR (Interactive voice response) when I called them and offered only cancellation WITHOUT refund. No chance to change dates, and choose any other option. I expected little more from travel broker..

I ended up with a canceled flight and a hotel still booked and I had to arrange transport to the hotel myself and contact the airlines personally to get my ticket refunded (I wanted to avoid paying 30 euros supersaver which was over 10% of the ticket price).

So why use supersaver if you have to deal with every problems yourself if something goes wrong?
