Cancelled the reservation several hours after it was confirmed and money drawn from my account. Blaming "technicall error" but still advertise the same flights on Skyscanner as I bought.

Just make sure you don't get anything wrong
I know i screwed up. However, I contacted super saver by phone exactly 3 minutes after booking a ticket for the wrong date. Really stupid mistake, and it cost me 400 NOKs. Just be aware, there is no flexibility.

I have ordered flyght tickets for 8 passengers and until the end and paiment the departure time of the plane has been changed.
After payment we have call them to ask what was that about, and whi the flight is changed in a earli oane.
Then the show has begun, we have been throw like a ball between the flight company and them until we realized that cares.
After long waiting time an nice waiting songs we gett in contact whit a guy from supersaver (I will not reveal his name) that is recomands to call the flight company and change or cancel there the flights.
I asked if they can confirm the discussion that we had by mail (we was pretty pist off after a Lott of waiting) but "normally" denied.
We get contact with the flight company, then the flight is canceled whit no extra fee and full refund.
We call back supersaver to confirm the cancelation there also, but guess what....?
Another guy from customer service asks if we were informed about the cancelation fees that their need to apply 🤔, becouse is the company policy. And they don't give full refund.
All these happen 1 or less hour.
So now I ask you, dear customers, that you use them, how you can trust them?
From now on I will prefer to not use them.
