HELEXIA is changing my life, I use it every 2 days, 5 o 10 minutes, sometimes I have more times and I use the 20 min program. It's worth, I feel better since the first days i used it. My 14 years old child spend much more times on it... Thanks a lot
Terrible customer service. I purchased 2 Supra wood stoves and have been trying to get replacement vermiculite panels since June. The website parts replacement service doesnt work properly, it then took 2 emails and 2 weeks to get Supra to respond to an order request at which point I was simply told to email their Technical Service team. Order made and paid for at the end of July but no automatic receipt email and no confirmation of delivery date. Despite chasing I still have no idea if and when the parts will arrive.
