Sean worked solidly over the 2 days fitting the windows and door and was very neat in his work, clearly very accomplished and skilful. He was also very personable and took the time to answer questions and explain what to expect.
I also want to thank Richard for answering my various questions pre and post having the windows installed.
I am really glad I made the decision to go ahead with Sureseal and can highly recommend the company.

Sureseal.. What a fantastic reliable company, from start to finish. When enquiring about my windows and new front door I was dealt with by an amazing team, who then came out the following day to show me what style windows I could have, talked me through everything, measured up and ordered straight away. The website was so easy to design my own front door to exactly what I wanted.
The fitters did an amazing job, and were very friendly, and most importantly tidy.
The noise difference with new windows living on a main road is amazing. I can no longer hear any passing cars, and no more drafts.
I would highly recommend Sureseal to all my friends and Friends. Thank you

This is one Amazing Company. I am so happy with my New door & windows. Thank you to Steve Alan & Sean These boys are so professional went above & beyond on a Saturday to instal them. Very friendly and considerate nothing was to much trouble for them.
My overall experience from the start to finish Thank you also to Neil my sales rep. Surveyor and Richard for getting the boys out on a Saturday and also John for ringing and sorting everything after.
This is a 5 star company and I would definitely recommend them Everything was removed and taken away and left clean they could do no more. You won’t be sorry if you order with Sure Seal.

Great Experience
I had all 7 windows replaced by Sureseal last week and I am very happy with the result’s.
From quote to fittings they made the process so simple.
Fitter were so friendly and left the house just as the found it with no mess.

We have just had our windows fitted by Malcolm. He did 5 windows and one back door on his own in less than 2 days. He had a delayed arrival due to traffic so really did it in great time. We love the new windows and we’re happy with the price and we used the grant. Our windows had been in for 34 years. We certainly notice the difference. We waited. While for the windows to be fabricated but it was within the time frame quoted

Perfect installation
Tim and Steve fitted over 20 windows and a double door. I doubted this would be done in 4 days as stated. You can tell they have been doing this a long time as the professionalism and attention to detail was fantastic. I will be recommending Sureseal to everyone in my village and I hope they manage to snag Tim and Steve!

Needed to replace old rotten wooden frames and wasn’t sure about upvc but now they are in, I actually really like them. Windows let in more light. Super quiet. Look good. Tim was amazing at fitting. It was a difficult job with lots of wonky levels to deal with but he got everything square. It’s like he worked a miracle. Tidied up nicely after his work too. I’m really happy with the service and my house looks like a different and significantly better place. 😊

Top notch service again.
We had the front of the house and door done with double glazed sash windows and new composite front door some years ago, I was impressed by the company then so I had no hesitation when 3 more windows to the rear needed replacing now.
The assessment team came out, measured and took pictures, went through the ordering and told me they would be in touch when they were made & ready for installation. I received a call on Thursday 8th Aug informing me that all of my windows had arrived and they offered a cancellation for today, I agreed.
Sean Thomas the fitter came at agreed start time, and started work immediately, he removed three old double glazed windows, frames etc and replaced them all without a break until fully completed, he was clean, polite, professional and an absolute credit to the Sure Seal brand, my house is well over 100years old and the stone walls are a big challenge for most, but Sean worked tirelessly All day and the result is incredible and has transformed the property. Thank you Sure Seal and thank you Sean.

Sureseal’s job completed! Had all windows and Kitchen door replaced with triple glazed. The product itself was of excellent quality (different to what was taken out). Our fitter was Sean he was amazing his workmanship is of the highest standard, he was a trooper did not stop and a lovely man. Sureseal should be so proud of having him on their team.
