Very Pleased Indeed!
We are both very happy indeed with the quality of the windows and doors,but even more so with the fitting team Martin and Jamie who apart from being nice guys, did a remarkably neat and excellent job chasing in and sealing all the surrounds.It is an old stone cottage and so uneven doorways and lots of rustic stonework,10 out of 10 guys,thank you very much!

From the initial quote, Sure seal have provided excellent service. The fitter ‘James ‘ was absolutely brilliant at his work, he was polite and was always pleasant to talk to. He is definitely an asset to the company, i cannot praise him enough. Overall, the experience of replacing our windows was second to none and would definitely recommend. Thank you James and Sureseal. Sean Thomas was just amazing. He arrived on time and went above and beyond to accommodate us however possible. The quality of his work is amazing and his professional, kind manner made him part of the family for the day. He started at 8.30am and didn't leave until he had finished. Which was gone 9pm. Will definitely be asking for Sean to install the back windows when we need them.

I have just had new windows and doors installed by Sureseal Windows Ltd 28th May) and am really happy with the results. The team at Sureseal particularly Adam and Richard planned it all from start to finish to a high specification. I found the whole experience straightforward and stress free. I am over the moon with the result. 

I would like to personally thank Ian, the installer for all his hard work and would like to leave feedback from a very satisfied and happy customer. Ian worked extremely hard and was methodical and professional in his approach. 

Ian is a very dedicated and honest worker, extremely tidy and communicated constantly to ensure customer satisfaction.  Ian even helped me put my window blinds back which was a nice touch.

This is the second time I have used Sureseal, and they were once again fantastic. From start to finish they are great to use, friendly, affordable, and a really good finish.

There's a few windows and doors left to replace on the property, and they will be my first call again when I'm ready.

This is the second time that we've bought windows/doors from Sureseal and, once again, the service was excellent. From the first consultation to discuss what we wanted, the advice provided and discussed, through to the measuring and fitting. Every member of the team was a credit to the company and the fitter, James, was extremely professional, tidy and thorough.

I cannot express how pleased I am with my double glazing. The service was second to none, from the quotation, in which there was no hard sell, measuring and finally the installation by Mal and Jamie. What can I say, they were friendly, very clean by putting dust sheets down and tidied up at the end of the day and always made sure you were happy with the job.
I really recommend this company, as they are honest as the day is long.

Reasonably priced, easy communication, the windows arrived within the specified time, and fitted within the timescale given.
Sean and Tim did an excellent job of fitting the windows despite atrocious weather on those two days.
Too early to tell about the longevity of the windows, or what the companies reaction would be like should a problem arise, the windows look and feel solid and similarly security looks good with the lock company they have chosen to use. So far very pleased with the experience and would recommend.

Relly pleased with our windows. The fitter did an excellent job and the hose id so much warmer. Not a soundproof as we were told they would be but all in all a first class service.

We went with Sureseal Windows initially due to their highly competitive quote, locality and great reviews, and they didn't disappoint. From quote to completion Dominic and Chris delivered an excellent service. They were professional, polite and very patient whilst working around a houseful at times and very a vocal dog! They always cleaned up after themselves and Dominic kept us updated and informed along the way, regularly checking in that we were happy with everything. They took great care to ensure minimal damage around the windows and we were amazed at the finshed result. Would highly recommend Sureseal Windows.

Fantastic fitters and Surveyor
MAL JAMIE and STEVE fantastic guys very hard working , friendly polite and trustworthy , their work is excellent , however this company has a major problem with communication, placed order and took months for them to communicate again , not my job to do it , they are the sales team, they are very lucky to have such a great workforce ,who I would highly recommend!

From the first time the company came to visit, the pricing, the change from white to grey at the front, the professional, great customer service, I was very pleased.
I was kept informed, when they fitted the windows, it all looked really good and everything was made good and they cleared up after themselves and were very friendly. I was also thrilled at the bonus of having a grey door, which I hadn’t intended to change but the composite was more affordable than I realised

Had all my windows and patio doors renewed plus a new front door. Fabulous service, all done within 1 and half days. No mess at all and they took away my old windows and doors. I would definately recommend this company.

The home visit was ok, only wanted a quote really to get idea of costs. But the big sell got my mom hooked. Fabrication took a good while as all window sizes differed. Fitting went well, thigh needed a further visit as one window wouldn’t lock properly. Fitted fine after shims were removed to allow closing. Still get foggy window when cold though.
