I’ve been dealing with Sur La Table for many years, Today I made a purchase, I thought just like usual, then got an email thanking me for buying Safonia. WTF is Safonia? Some BS shipping protection they automatically add on unless you uncheck some crazy little box I didn’t see. SLT, I placed and order and it’s your job to get it to me. If you need insurance, YOU buy it.

When they arrived one had a minor defect and Analhi sent a replacement for it the same day I reached out. Very impressed with the quickness of the response as well as the willingness to resolve it. I bought some Christmas gifts online to pick up in-store. I found out the next day that it went on sale, and I've requested that I get a price adjustment on 4 items at the time of pickup. The sales representative, Irlanda Hernandez, was great and fast in giving me the difference back to my account. I really appreciate businesses that cater to their customers' needs. I have been a customer at Sur La Table for so many years now, and I will continue shopping here. Thank you to all the ladies who work there.

Working with this company reminded me of what it used to be years ago, fantastic customer service. I had to call twice (not due to anything the company did) and both Associates were outstanding and really help me solve my problem. Most impressive is everything happened quicker than anticipated. Everything I requested was taken care of immediately. The last person I dealt with was Roberto Acevedo and like the prior associate, very courteous and helpful. This is a company I definitely will recommend. I believe that kind of service starts at the top which tells me great management

I had a problem with a bakeware dish that I recently received from Sur La Table. I called them and then emailed pictures of the bakeware. Jonathan Rodriguez was outstanding in helping me. His speedy responses were professional and courteous in remedying the problem. You will not find better customer service than at Sur La Table.

This company has poor customer service. While we should’ve taken photo evidence of the broken bowl they sent us, we quickly threw it away due to kids and pets in our home and the lack of safety surrounding that. They refuse to refund or send a replacement. Thankfully we got it on sale for black Friday so it wasn’t a ton of money, but still money lost during tight times. It’s greedy, disrespectful to the customer, and for a first time buyer I will never purchase from here again. Really put off. Ew.

I started with a simple problem that a gift card/reimbursement for a cooking class cancellation wasn't working properly upon attempting to rebook. When I called in, I spoke with Angelica Rojas and I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only was she polite, relatable, and respectful, but she genuinely wanted to help solve the problem. We reasoned through a number of different complications together, and eventually found the root cause (which was understandable, but to no fault of Angelica or SLT). In the end, I was able to rebook successfully. After a lengthy call as well as a follow up email after I had to end our call prematurely, I specifically asked Angelica if I could provide a review of my experience. It's a simple result, but this is the epitome of what people are looking for in customer service. I wouldn't hesitate at all to hire her to serve my clients. Well done.

The customer service at Sur La Table is incredibly responsive. I purchased an SLT airfryer at Costco about two years ago and recently noticed some rust spots inside the oven. They looked like food stains so were easy to overlook. I submitted an online question to SLT with photos to ask if this was normal. I got an auto-reply and, on the same day, I received an actual reply from Roberto Acevedo in Customer Support! He apologized for the defect, but since it was purchased at Costco, he also gave me instructions and contact details for the folks that would take care of my request. I emailed them and the next day, received instructions to take it back to Costco for an exchange or refund. Issue resolved and all during Thanksgiving. Very, very impressed.

I ordered 3 items a Le Creuset Dutch Oven, 3.5QT Cast Iron Casserole, and a Jar of Hot Paprika Spice. When the package arrived, both the Dutch Oven and the Casserole pot were in the box, but the Paprika spice was missing. I emailed their customer service about the missing item and Santiago Aguilar responded immediately and credited my card back. No need for phone calls or follow ups.

There was an excellent sale on the website and I ordered a set of knives. However, when I didn’t receive it after the supposed delivery date, I contacted customer service and was helped by Miriam Garnica. She was amazing and was able to file for a credit card refund. She spent a lot of time with me to resolve my issue, which was that the knives were probably stolen from my lobby. I later went to the store for other items. They have a large selection of items and the staff is very helpful.
