I bought a jaguar,and was treated proffesionaly. They explained the process of the finance without judgement. Took the vehicle for a test drive and everything about the car was explained. My salesman was Chris and he was patient, informative and good with what he did. Would definitely recommend.

Shocking service...
Booked an appointment on two separate occasions to view two cars.
Viewing 1: Ended up waiting over 40 minutes to test drive a car as it was at another lock up and blocked in, not sure it was worth booking. However, colleague I met was approachable and helpful.
Viewing 2: Also booked an appointment at a specific time, again the car was at another site + dealer not aware I was coming, informed me car had a flat battery - Overall service this viewing was shocking, clearly no communication and was made to feel I was putting them out/ and them going to get the car was doing me a favour.
Won't come back here again, just as well I didn't have to travel a long distance

Site advertise nationwide delivery, false advertising as they do not. Not accommodating or particularly friendly service at all.

Brought a Nissan Qashqai from this company back in February. Absolutely lovely customer service, could not fault the company at all. I visited on a Saturday and looked at a couple of models they had available. Deposit / payment for the car was very straight forward and easy.
Car has been absolutely amazing and has no issues. I believe James was the name of my sales advisor who had great knowledge of the stock available. Thank you.

Bought car June 2024 cars been in garage 3 times dpf failure hardly any communication now there expecting me to drive car 50 miles to them when had quote to get it fixed were I live they are going to leave me without vehicle for god knows how long refused to give me courtesy car would never deal with this company again

I was very happy with the service provided by SSC and in particular James who was very helpful at explaining what I wanted to know and I am very happy with the car I eventually chose to buy

I bought a car sight unseen from SSC after seeing their advert on Autotrader. I was in contact with James who was very professional, personable and accommodating. James promptly provided everything I asked for, including service history of the vehicle and a HPI report. I was able to arrange to have the car delivered to me (on a trailer) at a very reasonable price. The car was fairly priced and is seemingly in great condition. All in, from initial contact to delivery, the car was on my drive inside 4 working days. I’d definitely recommend buying from SSC and James in particular.

Great communication and customer service, especially from James. He was very polite and quickly brought the car round (we were quite a bit early for our appointment so understandable it was out yet) so I could take it for a test drive.
The process of reserving and then purchasing the car was quick and easy.
Very laid back team and I did feel pressured to make a decision at any time.
James also checked in a few days later to check I was happy with the car and had no questions or issues.
The car was nice and clean and good value.

I recently bought a car from SSC and I am so happy with my purchase. My experience was smooth sailing and reassuring. James was so lovely and kind and was so helpful with any questions I had. I absolutely love my new car. It is in great condition inside and out!

Furthermore, I feel very reassured as it’s a big decision to make to buy a new car, so I wanted to make sure I brought it from a trustworthy dealership with other positive reviews. Also the fact is is located so close to where I live is even better.

Furthermore James was also so lovely in the fact that he fixed a few minor issues I pointed out before finalising my purchase. I also feel reassured as if any issues do arise, SSC would be more than happy to assess if needs be (even though the car is in great condition with no problems!)

From the very beginning James was very friendly he was not pushy for us to buy the car he let us look round it at our own pace we would of been able to take the car the same day but we didn’t bring the right documents. Everything was ready for when we returned to buy the car, finance was really easy to do and overall an amazing experience and the car is in amazing condition!

They addressed issues that were on the car before I purchased so it was nice and safe when I drove it out of the show room

The team were very helpful and not pushy into buying the car. I found my beautiful little red Audi A1 and couldn’t be happier. They are all very friendly and doesn’t feel like your being forced into anything like some car dealers! The only downfall is that the car wasn’t clean when I picked it up! So maybe in future just ensure the car is washed before provided to the customer.
