Products have arrived in 10 days, not bad, and were exactly what I had ordered.
Unfortunately their customer care didn't reply to my 3 messages (both via email and webform) asking for details about shipping (I chose recorded mail so maybe there was a tracking number). Maybe in case of problems they reply, who knows.
I'm not sure if I'm going in future to buy from a merchant who doesn't reply to message.

Items all as described, reasonably quick delivery, no problems.

Paid for 1st class delivery however my order took 4 days to get to me! Emailed the company three times now asking for a refund of the delivery charge (standard delivery 3-5 days is free) but have still not had a response. Terrible customer service and despite the item being cheaper than other sites I will not use them again!

Ordered 2 flashlights got a bonus discount too. No shipping info sent , no tracking # they just showed up. Sent them 3 emails about it , no response and they don't answer the phone either. Then I happened to look on eBay found the identical flashlights with kits and free shipping from the same Ontario , Ca. warehouse they use for 1/2 of what I paid. Their ad says beware of imitations , I guess they're talking about themselves. Ad also says co. is veteran owned , makes me wonder which side they were on! Do some shopping first so you don't get ripped off.

Ordered three tritium vials and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

On November 2, I made an order at survivaldepot.co.uk. A few days later they gave me the shipment tracking code. Checking out the shipment results that it was delivered to Spain but I live in Italy and have not received anything yet. I have sent many emails to the seller for clarification but I have no answer. If the seller will contact me as soon as possible and solve the problem I will change the evaluation.
UPDATE: Only after that I started a dispute with Paypal the seller sent me a e-mail with a new tracking number and saying that he don't received any other e-mail, so why he sent another tracking number??? At the end the item is arrived and it is funtional, but the behavior of the seller has been not professional and without respect for the buyer.
I hope he will behave better in the future

Item exactly as expected, high quality and very effective. Customer service from Survival Depot was excellent, their price for my item the lowest I could find and delivery very fast. I will definitely use them again.
