Color difference
The T-shirt is good quality and it has the right size. But the colors are a bit off, I checked the website with photos en saw that the colors don’t completely match the described photos. The colors are in reality much more dark en less colorful. I am a bit let down because I was hyped for the new T-shirt and the colours just don't match :/

The quality felt really good and nice for the price. I had to send back an item because it was to big and we were angle to do this fairly easily and quickly. I have been enjoying it ever since.

Very poor communication and order was cancelled
Very poor communication and disappointing experience.
I placed an order on Monday and only heard on Thursday afternoon that the item was no longer in stock due to a warehouse error. Being informed this late is simply unacceptable.
There was no proactive communication or update in between, which makes the whole experience feel very unprofessional and poorly managed. As a customer, you expect to be kept informed — especially when something goes wrong.
On top of that, I now have to wait up to 14 days for a refund, even though the issue was entirely on their side.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and it has completely put me off ordering from this brand again.

I had ordered two long-sleeved shirts. One of them was damaged. I reported this and received a quick response. The store gave me two options: a refund or a new one, all at their expense. I received excellent service and am very satisfied with the communication between the customer and the store.
