They charge money for anything you do
They charge 7€ for the delivery, another 7€ for a return (in Belgium, the brand’s country), you can’t enter a Belgian number to pay by phone so you have to add your card, and there it has to be a Visa card. In other words they do anything for you to avoid returning the clothes, in 2026 I find this very very oldschool.

Great quality clothing with unique designs. Good customer service both in store (I visited in Amsterdam) and online. Orders can take a while shipping to Australia but that is normal living here.

Colour and sizing issues
The colour of the long sleeve I bought was not what was shown in the photos (photos showed a much brighter red and blue and it ended up being a dark navy and burgundy). The hoodie was also too small (even though I’m a small in everything else from the company).
