One of their sales team visited my home and provided a quote. He claimed that Sustain are MCS certified, which is not true. Don't trust them.

They just changed their name and continued installing even after they had lost there MCS accreditation.

The installation was quick, good and efficient. The workers turned up on time, very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The system itself is working fine but that's where it ends. The admin side is absolutely appalling, have chased for 3 weeks now and have still not had our follow up call so the system has not been commissioned and therefore no certificate issued which means I'm pumping electricity into the grid and not getting a penny back for it, I am also not able to get the solar tariff and these were all promised by the rep David Bruce which is obviously the incentive to purchase. I was told that everything would be sorted and finalised within 10 days, well I'm 3 weeks down the line and diddly squat. Take the plunge if you wish but chase chase chase is all I can say 😡😡

Avoid this company. Same charlatans that run Green Energy Together that have gone bust without finishing their installs, have left my house damaged, and not completed the legal/registration paper work required. Now going bust and reset up as this company.

All online if you’re discerning enough to check.

I would advise you to avoid them, I’m owed money which I’ve been chasing for eternity.

Shoddy work, unprofessional, missed appointments, broken promises, lack of communication.

Flagging people for being honest is also questionable you can’t hide from angry people with the intelligence to look!! If you think I’ll give up chasing you, you’re wrong

Time from booking the estimate to commissioning of the system was less than 8 weeks. The system as quoted was exactly as I requested and the price was very competitive.
The installation was very efficient and would have been completed in a day except a follow-up was required to finalise commissioning. This was done early the next day before work, and George and the SS1 team answered all of my technical questions on the day. System is now working well and delivering exactly as specified.

This company is run by and part of a group of companies under the Solarplicity umbrella. They have many failed businesses in Hertfordshire leaving suppliers unpaid, customers losing deposits/with unfinished systems/scaffolding abandoned. They also submitted false reviews on Trustpilot on previous business. Check Solarplicity on Wikipedia and Green Energy Together on Trustpilot.

initially a 5 star review due to competitive pricing and a quick and efficient install with everything completed in less than a day. However months on still waiting for DNO notification and other paperwork. Now seeking alternative companies to try and complete the work.
