Prompt delivery, staff know their stuff and are very helpful, no mistakes on any order so far, extremely cheap delivery rates, follow up emails with tracking provided, so all in all I could not ask for a better supplier. Full 10 out of 10 to SVB.

Excellent products and services.

Ordered some parts, couldn’t collect them at the delivery address. Super helpful customer service! Solution was to buy parts again and have them sent to alternative address. Customer service will deal with returning parts from first address and issue a refund. Super helpful as very tight timeline.

SCAM WEBSITE

I bought item including postage. Got returned twice by carrier. No one at SVB can tell me why. Tried a different carrier but only after I paid the FULL AMOUNT AGAIN?!??
obviously didn’t do this and asked for a refund. SVB then refunded me 22% of what I originally paid.
No amount of emails stating this has any effect. Have lodged a dispute with my bank

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They may have good reviews in the past but now they are useless. Save your money, your time, and your mental headspace

Till recently I was quite happy with the service provided by SVB. Until they shipped the wrong product. Now SVB is not responding on any of my emails and I still don't have a solution after 3 months.
Issue/faults happen the way a company resolves that is determining the quality of service.
Therefore the only rating applicable is 1 star.

Great range of products, shipping is reasonable and quick. Excellent service. Have always delivered.

The range of products available is very good although not all of the popular brands are stocked. My experience so far with several purchases has been very god with good pricing and timely deliveries to other EU countries.
One complaint is that they always seem to ship a paper SVB catalogue or brand catalogue (Bavaria in the last purchase). This just inflates shipping costs. My first purchase was an SD card containing maps, delivered to Australia. Complete with a 1Kg SVB catalogue! Shipping Euro 30 when a padded envelope would have been adequate.

Have used SVB many occasions now and find them to be professional, efficient and consistant throughout the entire process, from selling, confirmations, invoicing, communications, packaging and delivery. It works, very well.

Great fast service from Europe to Northern Ireland

The price for the PSS is the most competitive I have found online. The delivery service is impeccable. The packaging excellent! It is always a matter of satisfaction buying on SVB.

There is no point in having some of the cheapest chandlery in Europe if you’re customers are losing money waiting for deliveries that don’t arrive. A company that blames the couriers is a poor company indeed. Do you not have an SLA? And your response whilst polite was poor. I would rather pay more and have the goods in my hands.
