I ordered wine on the 18th March sent two messages no tracking number just we are getting your order ready. Went on pay pal to complain no reply to pay pal. Then wine turned up on sat 11th April. Dreadful service will not use again. Avoid
Zero customer support regarding critical delivery error
I placed an order earlier this week for an event in nine days and immediately emailed to request urgent delivery. I then flagged a critical error in the shipping data. Despite sending multiple urgent emails over the last three days to provide the correct address and offering to pay for expedited shipping, I have received zero response.
Customer support calls simply drop, and my emails are being ignored. The order is now at risk of being undeliverable, yet I cannot even get a reply to process a cancellation.
This level of communication failure is unacceptable; ordering and simply waiting for a parcel isn't worth it if you can't even get a decent service when things go wrong.

The worst online ordering service I've ever experienced. Ordered 2 bottles of wine the week before valentine's day (8th Feb) Given high postage cost I figured it would be fast dispatch. Hadn't worked out they were in Italy. Wasn't even sent until the week after valentine's. Then, only one bottle turned up. Had to chase customer services for several days for an update. Having not had a ticket update I then had to call customer services which was routed outside the EU on 25 Feb. I finally received the second bottle on 20th of March. So almost 7 calendar weeks to receive my actual order. Never again
I'm being ghosted, avoid Svinando at all costs.
I've ordered an expensive bottle of wine on 05.03. With no updates on the order, I've contacted customer care on 08.03, asking the shipping details, delivery dates and return policy if delivery dates are not met (I need the wine no later than 16.03). No one answered me since then despite sending repeated requests. I will start money return dispute on 17.03.

is this normal delay or a scam
I placed an order on January 26 via svinando.be and haven’t received any updates as of February 11 — no tracking link, no status update, and the “My Orders” page currently returns a 404 error. This lack of communication makes the experience feel quite uncomfortable and raises concerns about reliability.
Customer service did respond on feb 6, saying that I will receive a tracking link once the order is handed over to the courier.
I hope that happens soon and that I can update this review to reflect a slow delivery but ultimately a legitimate and trustworthy service. at this moment i'm not sure!

Things moved fast all of the sudden :
Wine is delivered 24/02 while they said the same day it was going to be here around 27/2.
All goods delivered are ordered, and they gave me the reason why it was delayed. (Tip to them: say the reason in advance so i was aware of this and i not needed to worry)
Just be patient with this website, it will be fine!

The Product is fantastic and never failed me. Having been a long standing customer I previously report them about a botched delivery where bittles were smashed in transit due to poor packaging. I then had to email back and forth to approve of another delivery. I ordered in October and the wine was needed for my party at the end of November. The order arrived the week or so before Christmas! As the mishap on delivery date was inevitable I asked for a small gesture by adding a bottle of fizz as a way of apology. Not even a reply. A yes or no would have been nice and I also had to spend extra to replace my party wine offer. Bit disappointed after spending a lot each month. I will continue buying but with reserve and potentially will stop should this happen again. Poor customer service, great product!

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Poor customer service, zero communication and appalling delivery times. It's 20 December and I'm still waiting for wine that I ordered in November. No idea where it is or when I will have it.

No product and no refund is about as bad as it gets. You shouldn't be in business if all you can do is take orders and money but ignore the customer when things go wrong. Shameful response !!

Courier couldn't deliver to correct address because incomplete address was provided in error by Svinando. I understand my purchase has been returned to Svinando. 4 emails since without reply or refund I'm not happy. Listen up Svinando, my surname is Hudson and my order no ends 527 for uk delivery. Please respond accordingly with a level of service that is currently poor !!!

Ordered some wine on 30th November.....Still hasn't arrived.
I've tried to email twice with no response...
I've tried the live chat ...without success....
Hopefully they will arrive before Christmas as they are gifts for friends....

The order arrived on 18th December.....delivery was 3 wks....but did arrive smoothly.
The wine was absolutely outstanding.....very very nice!!

Very poor quality, don't touch.
Generally selling wines that are way past their drink by date or have been very badly stored. Bought some expensive Italian wines but they were all poor, no fruit, no lingering aftertaste, just bland and very unappealing, also noticed many of the corks were dried out and crumbling.

Great wines, bad support
Generally great selection, especially for some otherwise hard to get Italian wines and good prices.
Customer service however is far beyond any expectations. I got 2 wrong bottles which I don’t want, instead of just returning them and either refunding me the money or sending the correct bottles I have to fight with the support team who wants to give me only a partial refund and keep the wrong bottles?
First and last time.

Very slow deliveries
They have a good selection of wines and the prices are competitive but customer support is difficult to get and deliveries with Yodel are a pain. I asked for a refund or discount considering the slowness of the delivery but customer support didn't offer any.
It took one month for the wines to be delivered and the communication with customer care has been very poor. They replied to my messages only after the wines were delivered.

Do not order from this company! One month later and I am still chasing my parcel. I have emailed the customer service and have received vague responses. I have called their call centre (based in Albania) and have been told that my mobile number is not on their system, their cannot do an order number search to find my order or an address search. They wanted a customer number that was never issued with my order. I have a receipt for my purchase for which I was charged for and a tracking number from Yodel that stated that allegedly the order was attempted for delivery 3 times. I will start a chargeback with my card provider as I have no time to waste doing more chasing after several emails and phone calls
