I love how Swarovski pieces look at first – they’re shiny and elegant – but the quality doesn’t match the price. After a short time, the plating started to fade and a stone fell out, and customer serv... See more

I bought a watch some years ago and the strap had become unglued. I assumed there would be no issue getting a strap. I was wrong. They put on a strap that can only be gotten from Swarovski and is now no longer available
which means I can't wear the watch. I did get responses from customer services, but could do nothing for me. Don't buy their watches unless it has a normal strap. The watch straps are of poor quality

I bought a bracelet for my graduation…
I bought a bracelet for my graduation last year and I placed an order in February, never got the package and it was send but it was never delivered. After three months of waiting i emailed the customer service and they said my package was missing and that they wont do anything for help, and i asked for a refund and they said they would only refund 10% or something which was insane.! I was serious about getting a full refund which they kept denying and said eventually that they would refund 70%. I negotiated again for 80% and never got a reply and obviously never the refund.
I was a student back then and it was my graduation wish to wear a Swarovski bracelet but never got the chance to. I ordered it from Swarovski Bulgaria website.
Lost my complete interest and trust in the entire company and would never ever recommend anyone to buy from here.
This is a multimillion business and they can obviously refund a bracelet that was like 90€. But they didnt and made me take responsibility for the lost package.
Horrible just horrible.!!

Can’t get hold of anyone
I am trying desperately hard to get hold of customer service because I have an issue with a gift card. No one is answering the phone (been on hold for an hour). No one is answering emails. Chat doesn’t work. Wanted to get something before the big sale ends

My most worst tangled necklace mess !!
Having come back from holiday I found my Swarovski necklaces tided in knots !! I tried for 5 hours at home with no luck !! I took them to Swarovski Livingston, West Lothian, Almonvale Centre and the staff were amazing. Leona, Paula were very pleasant and helpful. But Sophie was the ultimite star. She took an hour to untangle this most hideous mess and it all came with wonderful smiles from all the staff. I give these girls 100% for the best customer service and experience. Well done ladies.
Blood stains on the gift wrapping bow!
Paid for gift wrapping and a card, item came with a crumpled up bag, a blank gift card and a half tied bow with blood stains on it. After contacting them, they arranged for someone to come collect my item. Spent all day at home waiting and no one turned up. Sent 3 further emails and still no reply. I am now getting in contact with trading standards and letting them handle this. Let me repeat myself… The gift wrapping came with “BLOOD STAINS” on it!!

I needed a bracelet extender for a discontinued item. There was no stock in Meadowhall, Sheffield. The assistant really put herself out for me. She messaged around the country and found one store that had one left in stock. She was amazingly helpful.

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, and I’ve always loved Swarovski. However, my recent experience hasn’t been great.
I placed an order which was split into two parcels. I returned both items, but after posting them, there was an issue with InPost. I spoke to a customer service advisor, Agnieszka, who initially seemed helpful and said she would contact InPost. She asked for additional information, which I promptly provided, but after that, I heard nothing for a week.
I followed up via email after waiting nearly eight days with no response. When I contacted customer service again, they admitted the timeframe had been exceeded, InPost hadn’t replied, and they would escalate the matter internally. Agnieszka then got back to me, stating she was awaiting a final response from InPost, expected by tomorrow.
It has now been over 14 days since I returned the items, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Swarovski is such a reputable brand with beautiful jewellery—please don’t let poor customer service spoil the experience for loyal customers like myself. Really hope this is resolved today!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen

very disappointed with Swarovski…
I am very disappointed with Swarovski due to the poor quality of their product and their poor customer service.
There is an obvious design flaw and customer service just ignores it.
Poor Customer service and poor quality of product
I am very disappointed with Swarovski due to the poor quality of their product and their poor customer service.
My dad bought me a Swarovski watch on Amazon. A piece of the watch fell off after 1 year and 5 months. I went to the Swarovski store in Reading to ask if they could repair it. They told me they couldn`t as they didn`t have that piece in stock. But they told me I could swap for a new watch if it was under the 2 years guarantee. They told me to come back with an invoice showing the date of purchase. I ask them if they could still swap it even though it was bought on Amazon. They told me yes.
I came back with the invoice and mentioned it was bought on Amazon. The invoice clearly showed “Amazon”. The first person who checked the invoice confirmed that I could swap the watch for the same price. So, I looked for a watch for the same amount and a second person handled the order of the new watch. They called me to let me know the new watch arrived.
I came back again (third time) with the old watch and invoice to get the new watch. I presented again the invoice and this time, they said “no, we cannot make the swap because it was purchased through Amazon”. I told them I had 2 people before them confirming I could. The person who handled the purchase of the new watch was there, and could recognise his handwriting. But instead of acknowledging that he made the mistake, he said that he didn`t know it was purchased though Amazon. He was the one who handled the purchase of the new watch and checked the invoice the last time. Instead of taking responsibility and apologising, he and his colleague were trying to blame it on me. They were asking me “did you say you purchased online or on Amazon? If you said online, then maybe they thought you meant on Swarovski online””. I had clearly told them “amazon” and I had mentioned multiple times. And they were trying to say I didn`t mention it was bought on Amazon when I clearly did. My partner was there with me and could testify I had mentioned it. Everyone is entitled to make mistakes but they didn`t want to acknowledge it and didn`t apologise.
I will never buy anything again from Swarovski. They made me waste my time, and couldn`t even acknowledge how they made a mistake and led me on. I went 3 times to the Store in Reading to get my watch sorted. They made me waste my time, money (I had to take the train and the train tickets are not cheap), and it just created frustration.

I bought a bracket under guarantee and clasp has broken. This has been going on months no replacement !!! Poor service.
horrible customer service
I visited the Watford store to exchange an item I had received as a gift. I arrived approximately at 17.00 pm, as per your store opening hours listed on the website, an hour before closing time. During my visit, I was browsing items while waiting for the shop assistants to become free from serving other clients so that they can help me. As there were only 2 shop assistants working, it took rather long to get to the till, so it was around 17.30 pm, still 30 minutes before the official closing time, by the time it was my turn to get served.
However, the shop assistant on duty was not only unwilling to assist but her demeanor was dismissive, and she made it clear, both through choice of words and tone, that they she was not interested in helping me simply because it was close to closing time. Her exact words were “I cannot help you because we are closing”. When I pointed out that I have been in the store for at least for 30 minutes waiting to be served, she replied “I don’t care”.
When I asked for the manager so that I could resolve the issue, she contemptuously responded that there was no manager on duty.
The central customer service - after sending them a complaint - was even worse!
Avoid Swarovski.
I ordered a ring, the gift card was blank!
I ordered a ring, the gift message was blank!
What an insane company. Clearly has no quality control or humans overlooking delivery of overpriced goods, its all become automated. I gave a present to someone with a heartfelt message. I was so shocked and disappointed when the message I wrote was blank. I have decided to return the goods, and will never shop here.
Really poor delivery and service
Really poor didn’t read the reviews if i did i wouldn’t have placed the order. Very slow delivery still no idea when it will arrive so will buy something else and return it very disappointing

Quality issues
I got my bracelet as a gift on Christmas 2021, I loved the bracelet but unfortunately exactly year later when I was packing gifts before Christmas my bracelet fell of and was snapped in the middle, couple weeks later I had it replaced for a new one in Svarowski store. After just a couple months of wearing it exactly the same thing happend, the bracelet snapped while shopping and I was lucky enough I noticed it falling off. Second time I exchanged the bracelet we had to pay extra as the model of this bracelet was changed and it had a higher price. I didn’t mind that as I thought maybe the problem of quality was solved but I was unpleasantly surprised after wearing it for a couple of times and finding out how easily the new clasp can be unfasten as it fell of my wrist while I was just casually moving my hand. This time it wasn’t broken but the clasp just unfastening really easily on its own(a gentle tap with your arm on your body is enough if you hit the claps), therefore the item wouldn’t be assumed faulty and I wouldn’t be able to get a refund.
One day when I was coming back from my trip abroad with different kind of public transport, I noticed halfway through I didn’t have the bracelet on my wrist so it must have fallen somewhere on my way leaving me unable to find it. My overall experience clearly shows the product left a lot to wish for emphasis that it was worth 170£.
After reaching out the customer service twice I was said that they can’t help at all.

my angelic necklace SNAPPED
my angelic necklace SNAPPED, i have emailed them to figure out a solution and because it is 2 months over the 2 year warranty they said they can’t do anything, they won’t even fix it, for such a big brand i find this a disgrace because a necklace i wear on occasions only it should not be breaking this easily, and for it to cost 300 at the time and then for it to just break i find is an absolute joke because if it’s such a big brand they should be putting money into making there products, i have also known of a few other people to have this happen to and they weren’t assisted in any way either. sort your brand out.
