SW Car Supermarket 

Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqui.
Although there were some initial issues, I eventually had my heart on a car -
Callum, Alfie and Mel were especially brilliant!
Callum was fantastic with the sales side, not pushy, relaxed and everything you need was no problem.
Alfie was also brilliant - communication was 100%.
And Mel with great customer service on handover!

Excellent service, very organised and efficient. Mel was very friendly and I was able to drive away in my new car well within an hour with no trouble.

It was a pleasure to us to be served by Andy Kirk. He made the process easy and we thank him for this.

Demonstrated true customer care to provide great customer experience at Padholm Rd site in Peterborough. Chris on sales provided plenty of patience during purchase completion and made sure I was happy with everything throughout. Quickly and promptly dealt with initial fault (broken wire) and provided timely updates and fresh latte’s :-) Isaac on service side also demonstrated exceptional customer care with attention to detail before during and after service being complete and took time to make sure I was happy with everything walking around car with me before I drove off. Chris and Isaac are credit to the company.

Visited SW Car Supermarket 3 times over the last couple of weeks, looking at cars and test driving! Coral was so friendly and helpful with all the viewings! I went back to buy the car today and Andy was fab, explained everything fully to us and was very helpful! Overall great service 👍🏽

My father in law and I came to look at a car he'd seen online. The sales guy Tom was very helpful and secured the sale that day

So this morning at 9.51 I tried to ask a question about a car I was very interested in. Your live chat says it was available but after 15 minutes it never responded. I sent a message straight away to you explaining this. 90 minutes later someone called and apologised. I explained I couldnt speak at that point as I was out and he said he would call me at 2pm (considering I had already been messed about the least you could do was call me back when you promised!!). Its now over 90 minutes since a call should have happened and nothing. Clearly they dont want my business. You probably spend a lot on advertising and marketing to attract people - why bother because when you get people you keep ignoring them! Cheers for wasting my time. Interesting to note that when a positive review is posted they tend to comment - but ignore a negative review. I think this backs up my point about non existent service

We were served by George who was very helpful and efficient. Helped us greatly with the whole process, resulting in quick and easy purchase.

We purchased our Audi A3 today, Jacq was so helpful throughout while looking at the car and open about any issues with the car or things that need doing. Really happy with our experience, thank you!

1st of all I want to say Werrington branch is amazing and the new young lad Tom really made the experience looking and picking a car personal to me. Plus they had all the small details down to a t!! We agree deals and part ex prices and final prices and was signed off by the boss. And I was inform that the company was all about the customer. And it really felt that way. But when it came to collecting my car at fengate the team didn't feel as organised. But the young girl really tried her best. So I was happy. Sorted the tax out paid the final bill and signed the paper work. As I walked out to my new car which I was so pleased with. I get called back by the young lady and they want £300 off me as they aren't happy with the part ex price. Plus a mechanic heard a noise. I advised politely you won't get another penny out of me we had a deal so stick to it. She stated it isn't me saying it. So I said I know, get your manger. A few mins later the manger comes over and politely talks to me and was profession the whole time. So fair play to him. But said a noise from the engine was heard so we want £300 to fix it. I stated how did you get this price and have you checked it properly. He stated I'm going off my mechanics word. I stated I was a mechanic for 6 years and know alot about cars. Plus I know you won't fix it. Your putting it straight in the auction so please don't lie to me. At that point you could see he knew he lost. So he said let check the car together. We both stayed polite and he started up the car reved it 3 times and could only hear the turbo whine. Then said don't worry about it. I then shook his hand and said I really enjoyed the whole process of getting a car from sw car but you just ruined it by being chancers and penny pinching. And my miss wants a new car soon and now we won't be coming to you. To any vulnerable people or new drivers stand your ground with the team at fengate. They seem just like another garage that's want your money.

Brought our second car from SW, first was for our daughter and we were so happy with it and the service,so today we brought a range rover. Always very helpful, happy to sort any minor imperfections free of charge.

This review is totally regarding Anthony in service department... Anthony had a hard job to rectify several mistakes his work colleagues created. I need to say from the moment I spoke to him he made me feel at ease and assumed me all would be ok in the end . He was extremely helpful , went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase . He was easy to contact and always kept his word . I must say Anthony is a great asset to this company ... without him they would of lost my sale.

After visiting SW car superstore at the weekend I was told that I was unable to test drive a car unless I was committed to buying it due to it being extremely busy. I was a little disappointed at this however I was then advised to book an appointment during the week if I wasn’t committed to buying the car until taking it for a test drive. On arrival of the day of the test drive I was looked after by Jack. Myself and my dad were extremely satisfied with his service as he was very helpful! He also took the time to give his honest professional opinion about which car would be the best value for money and more suited to me.

Just bought a car from sw car's. George was so helpful, giving usadvise and helping us find what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

I contacted SW supermarket as they have a variety of cars at their store. I wanted to test drive a BMW 1 Series and contacted them to arrange this. Jamie was very helpful with setting this up however, the agent covering for him the following day, Luke, was very unhelpful and would not allow me to test drive the car (my first time driving a BMW) without paying a £200 reserve fee. When I expressed my concerns about the fee, I was disregarded and spoken to very poorly. They were not interested in my business unless I was willing to commit to the car right there and then, without even seeing it in person.
