I recently purchased a 4 Series BMW from S.W.Car Supermarket.

My car needed to have some minor repairs completed within the warranty period. John the Finance Director and Anthony, the Service Manager were a huge support throughout the process, ensuring that the works were completed by an approved BMW Technician.

Caught the team completely off-guard with an invoice for some work on my car, needless-to-say a massive thank you to Anthony and Isaac, going completely above and beyond for myself to get the issue sorted out. Can absolutely recommend SW C.S to anyone, service from the mechanics and management is second-to-none.

Isaac at the service Team was first class in dealing with my problem. He ensured I received my reimbursement, chased up the financial team and checked I'd received it. Great Work!"=

Picked up my new zafira a couple of weeks ago and noticed a small dent on drivers door, Isaac and Antony went above and beyond to get this sorted promptly for me as well as a dent on the bonnet which I didn't notice. They have invited me back so they can sort out the odd couple of scratches that I have noticed. Very pleased with the service department.

Picked up my new car today, really, really pleased with it. Quick turn around and excellent service. Great handover by Tom who answered any questions and made the whole process really easy and smooth. Thankyou.

Just purchased a a class notice a scratch on the rear passenger door bought it back. Seen services guy by the name of Antony who got the scratch done as well as leather seat so I must say pretty happy now and have to give most respect to Antony and Isaac

Again Antony in Service Dept gone above & beyond to sort out the small issue with my Jag , welcoming and efficient , kept me updated every step of the way , nothing is too much trouble !

Just looking at what Audis are available as I will want to purchase another one, from SW at some time.
I looked at reviews and reminded me that with one exception I thought the service was great.
The variety and quality of stock surpassed other dealers I had been to in Peterborough. The car I chose looked brand new and has made me an Audi fan and I previously had a Mercedes. I always buy manual models and they are rare in Mercedes and not great especially between 4th,5th and 6th. Audi have plenty of
manuals and all gears are perfect. I would say that the merc 220 sport seemed quicker off the mark even though it has less bhp than the A6 ultra.
So what was the exception - the fact that despite asking many times for service history and being told it was held electronically I never received it. So although I have service history since purchasing I do not have any for the first 40,000 miles
I just hope they do not ask me for it when I go back or penalise me for not having it as I will not be happy.

Overall, this was a great experience. There were some initial issues with the car but these have been quickly resolved and I am very satisfied with the results. Anthony from the service department was excellent, and I would definitely take my business here again!

I found Anthony in the service department was a very good manager of my needs. John also came back with a good communication. Although challenging buying remotely, no major problems have appeared with my car 30 days on after some initial issues to do with a suitable handover/delivery (air con not working, bonnet lever not working and valet not suitably done) hence 4 star. They collected the car, fixed these or offered some money where they couldn’t and returned the car within 10days. Also on the whole I appear to have saved money which is a great draw they have. In my experience they do seem to value getting it right but do need to get a replacement wet vac machine/look at handover checks as I’m not sure all people would be as accepting of this.

This is the 2nd car we’ve purchased from SW Car Supermarket, I would never go anywhere else again for car, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Tom was a top guy, he made the process speedy and painless the same as when we purchased our last car from him.

I brought my car into the service centre today to get a part replaced on the centre console, which was damaged before I purchased the car in December. Having waited for 3 months for the part to come in I realised they had forgotten about me and the car.

When I called the servicing department to see if there was an update, Isaac was a great help and quickly got the part ordered and me booked in at a time that was suitable for me.

Today when I dropped the car off Isaac again took great customer care ensuring that I was kept up to date with how the repair was going and when I could pick the car up.

Overall I have been very happy with the level of customer care I have received in managing this issue.

I purchased a car in December from SW Car Supermarket. I'd researched a lot into what I wanted.

So first the good part - I found the model, the colour and lowest mileage at a good price (the only part I didn't get was the panoramic roof - maybe next time!) There was no pressure from the sales team and an excellent choice to choose from.

Now I'm not sure who does the section after purchasing but the paperwork wasn't completed properly nor some minor issues with the car.

However, the Service Department, initially Isaac then Anthony, arranged a courtesy car and for the touch up work to be done. The work was carried out to a high standard. Anthony kept me up to date with progress as (as usual at the moment) everything seemed to be taking longer.

When I collected my car, it looked amazing. The work had been done to a very high standard. Anthony was really helpful and having noted the battery was now causing some problems, also arranged for it to be replaced quickly and with no delay at all.

Anthony takes his work very seriously and his customer service skills are a credit to SW. (Seriously, SW, both Anthony and Isaac made your review a 5* please make sure they know that too!)

This is the first time I have used SW Car Supermarket and I we definitely be using them again in the future... From start to finish of purchasing my car I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and helpful service... from the girls on reception right to the top man 👍 I'd also like to say a massive thank you to Anthony Moss in the Service department for the after service care,,, you couldn't ask for a more helpful young man, he is very professional, caring and helpful in his job who takes his job very seriously and puts the customers needs first,, he sorted a couple of minor issues I had with my car without hesitation...
