Easy booking platform

Lots of lakes ,easy to use website.
Lots of info.

I had a booking issue,which resulted in me booking 2 tickets,when I only needed one,I contacted swim booker via email,Tamsin replied promptly and sorted my issue for me.
Great service and help nice and quick

Very bad customer service

Booked a lake that wasnt ready at all.
Chainsaws cutting down tress, fence posts being hammer into the ground right next to the swims, severals swims complete shut, people walking around at 2:00am in the morning scaring the life out of you, excavators driving around.

A venue shouldn't allow anglers onsite when theres heavy construction taking place.

Swimbooker take no resposibility in refunds and the Lake owner ignores all attempts at contact.
