I placed an order for Swims in January. I subsequently went abroad for a month and enquired of my order. Customer service replied immediately. My order had been despatched the day following my order. However, they too could not find their usual delivery track of the shoes so despatched another pair. When this did not arrive as expected either we found that my address on their records had somehow been changed in the carriers system and my order was somewhere in the north of England. I’m in Jersey! Anniken and Petter at Swims immediately despatched a new pair that arrived the next day, and redirected the carriers pair to me as a bonus. These arrived a couple of days later. The attention from the team was superb.
These are my fifth and sixth pairs -they’re great.

I bought a pair of Chelsea shoes just under 25 months ago. Used for about 10 months and unfortunately already broken. I think a pair of shoes should last longer than that, so I wrote to customer service to complain and then got a reply that the complaint expired at 24 months. Personally, I would have been nice to the customer when custumer were just on the verge of time. They offer of a 30% discount check was a small consolation. It feels like they always have a sale. They wont see me again for sure

These boots are poorly constructed, they will cause a lot of pain and discomfort. Their poor design will rub your ankles.

I purchased swims shoes at a local store less than 1 year ago. Even with light usage in the city they are deteriorating faster than any other shoes I have ever owned.
1. The soles are detaching from the main body of the shoe at the back of both
2. The Bottom of the shoes are wearing away the sole
3. The material is peeling and rotting away at the seams. Seems like plastic?
4. The laces outer part has deteriorated
I emailed customer service and their response is if I ever want another product from them they will give me a slight discount. Ya no thanks. This brand is JUNK! Avoid at all costs!
I'm really disappointed with this brand in both form and content. The customer service is horrible not listening. I ordered a pair of sneakers from them in December, worth 101 euros including shipping costs with dhl. The delivery was never able to go through because he didn't provide the invoice for customs clearance (invoice not found on my space on their site) so I asked for a refund after nearly 2 months of struggle they decided to refund it keeping the shipping costs. They are pathetic and the quality of the shoes even if they are pretty is very bad quality whereas they are not shoes at small price. I really don't recommend avoiding !!!!!
I purchased a 5,300 NOK parka from SWIMS and it immediately began falling apart at the seams. I tried to return the jack Volt, but they stated they no longer had the product in stock and switched to another supplier.
I reached out to swims to ask if they could remedy the situation and they simply said they would get back to me.
The quality on their jackets is awful. They used to be good, but apparently they changed a supplier or manufacturer and now I would say there jacket quality is on par with H and M.

Probably not even a real shop, but a big scam. Tried to order three(!) times and received nothing but order confirmations. Customer support is slow and poor. The only thing they do is advising to place another order.

If you're trying to return an item, no local DHL drop off point will accept it as it's 'international delivery' back to the Netherlands.
Swims customer service replied to my query after 5 days (!!) and sent me a link to DHL collect from home but you have to pay for it. DISGUSTED.

They finally accepted my complaint but instead of shoes they’ve sent men’s pants… After another few emails and few weeks I finally got new pair of shoes but guess what? Those super weather-resistant winter boots feel apart after few regular walks again. NOT RECOMMENDED!

I purchased rubber overshoes made by Swims and they split on a seam - to me this seems like an obvious manufacturing defect. I bought thought a retailer in NYC and could not get back there. Swims denied any responsibility for the defect and offered a 10% discount on Black Friday. Pathetic.
According to Swims home page, they promise FAST DELIVERY 2-4 days. This is a lie. Once I paid I got a message that the product would be delivered in 10 days. I contacted the customer support, and it took 3 days to get a reply from them that was of no help, saying that we have no idea why your package is not moving. They use DHL which was also impossible to get in contac with.
Ordered my products one month ago and I have not received any information. Customer service does not seem to exist.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEVES. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD ISSUE A REFUND IF I SENT THE ITEMS BACK AND THEY THEN KEPT THE MONEY AND THE ITEMS.
Is there a zero star rating ? I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter for Xmas on Dec 17th, 2022 at full price $325 and paid $69.46 EXTRA FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING. Yes, an insane charge for 3 day shipping, but I wanted to get these in time for my daughter. I am now on day 18 (Jan 4, 2023) with STILL no delivery and SWIMS won’t return any messages (I have sent 4 follow up emails) regarding the delay and now asking for reimbursement of the shipping excessive shipping charge (and wondering if these shoes will ever arrive).
Also, their 800 number says it’s not programmed to receive calls lol ! Not a way to run a business. Terrible.
