Works well when things are good but…
Works well when things are good but reveals itself when you have problems. In my situation, I am still waiting for a refund on a returned item and I am basically being ghosted by the company. So much so that had to open a dispute with my credit card company.
No matter what channel I use to try and speak with them, nothing works or returns a reply. Don’t take my word for it, try calling their Geneva number, states it’s closed no matter what time of the day! The true value of a company comes to light when things go wrong and unfortunately for SCC, they failed at the first hurdle. Cannot recommend them based in my most recent experience.

The year wait.
Well, I know it's not your fault.However, I ordered the cigars march of 2025 and I received them in march of 2026. Not good. Service is fine. But I can't trust purchases here anymore. I bought them 6 months ahead of time for an important business meeting. Luckily, I found a box of davidoff royals. But that cost me an arm and a leg.
