I had one article delivered in a different format than ordered. One of those triangular sun-sails, which came in rectangular instead of triangular shape. When I notified Swisshandel I had a reply within hours and an exchange was organised quickly, efficiently and without any cost for me. Very polite and efficient. I would order any time again.
