Great support from Dipti using Thunderbird email back up!

A real life saver!

Perfectly responsive. Efficient assistance from Tessa Bisheshowr who fixed my pb dilegently.

Downloaded and used Syninfotool to Migrated Thunderbird to Gmail email. Decided not to use Sysinfotool, and coud not uninstall it. It acts like a virus. Andreas Santos of Sysinfotool denided it had anything to do with this.

Worked for me. Fixed a invalid zip file.

Sysinfo tool to convert from ost to pst is really a very powerful one and you can rely on it..

Anyone attempting to convert email letters from server to PDF knows that it could take hours and perhaps days to do so depending on the volume, especially if the user is attempting to capture multiple emails without a tool of this kind. This tool is superb at converting emails to PDFs quickly and efficiently.

The AOL to PDF conversion tool changed what could have been a multi-hour or multi-day experience to a task that can be accomplished in quickly.

I contacted Technical Support for assistance and the Technical Support Representative named Ranjan Kumar, was exceptional in providing world class support. Ranjan was patient with the launch, supplied excellent instruction and screen shots, and was able to take over the screen control to advise me when I ran into difficulty.

Fortunately, the Ranjan Kumar, the Technical Support Representative, was able to prompt me through the sequence to launch the software in offline mode and then help prompt me through the sequence of converting the emails to PDF.

Ranjan was superior in her support and exemplary of the kind of support all clients desire and need at the remote end. And the tool is critical to anyone involved in activities requiring a backup of email files. To that end, I highly recommend this tool.

Mr. Dipti has provided me with the required guidance during the backup of my emails. He is very supportive and polite and knows every subtle nuance of the tool. I was unable to take my mailbox data backup.. So, I contacted the technical support team. Mr.Dipti listened to my problem carefully and instructed me to perform some steps. Best software. east to take backup

Ran into an issue and support helped me out at first. Offered me their admin version in return for writing a good review here. Still did not work as expected when I tried to upload into icloud it crashes. Reached back out to support to ask for refund and they said ti is not their problem. My problem may not be with their software, but their 30 Days Money Back Guarantee is BS.
