Excellent Service

Amazing Software, Excellent Technical Support

I am an American who was a victim of a fraudulent real estate transaction in Mexico. I have to have all my iCloud emails related to the transaction translated by a judicial translator. I needed a way to get the 245 emails to the translator in a comprehensible format (i.e. chronological). The process was above my capabilities so the 24/7 tech support representative remotely accessed my computer and did 95% of what was necessary for me to get exactly what I needed. Tremendous patience and goodwill on the part of the technician through some routine computer glitches that were NOT related to the software. The software itself (SysInfo iCloud Email Backup Tool) does everything it promises - in many different formats. My only alternative was to print all the emails which would have taken 5+ hours, wasted a lot of paper, and been vulnerable to accidental corruption of the integrity of the digital evidence. SysInfo iCloud Email Backup has solved that problem and the judicial translator now has a digital record of the evidence and can translate the evidence and the court will know that it is a true and correct record of the fraud that was perpetrated against me. Now, I just need to get a fair trial. Thank you SysInfo. I HIGHLY recommend this product for anyone that needs to get emails from one format/software/app to another. It works!!

support at SysInfoTools PDF Restriction Remover

In regard to SysInfoTools PDF Restriction Remover. I bought the software in 2021. Had no issue with license activation and had a great experience. After a Windows crashed 2 days ago, I had to reload the software. Contacting the online support helped me in under 5min. I don't understand the "scam" comments from other reviewers, since the software works as designed, removing the passwords. The only differences can see is with the previous ver3 that I had, it would ask a password when you added the file. with the current ver 22.1 even if there is no open password on the pdf, you have to enter a password on nothing for the file to be added, but then it works as it should

Awful product and support

Absolutely awful! Paid for software which crashes. Support is useless. Avoid if you can

Update: on my third software option have had to downgrade office to get it to work. Support would get a 1/5 on this one. Still recommend avoiding. Would have not proceeded with it only I had paid for it

I needed my emails converted to a…

I needed my emails converted to a spreadsheet, they said their app could do it, technically it can but terribly. For $29 I wanted an easy fix, what I got was a pain in the ass. Many of the Email senders are missing, the body of most of the emails are cut off and just missing. The app was horrible, but I really didn't appreciate the support team demanding that I review the application before I even tried it. The representative wouldn't tell me the license number until I gave them a review. I was desperate to get a solution and choose wrong. Do not use their applications.

Helpful, prompt response. Excellent customer service.

Offered to fix the problem, as soon as I asked via the chatbox. Helped me to log in and download the right software so i can back up emails by taking control of my device via Zozo.

My only concern was when the assistant demanded I leave a review immediately, asked where i was from and then asked for a screenshot of my review in the chatbox, meaning that they would remain in control of my device until the review was submitted. I'm sure the assistant was just a little too eager that is all, but did cause me some alarm. I'm still not sure how to ensure the control over my device was removed permanently.

I'm currently testing the software and will update this review when test is complete.

So far, it seems to have backed up very well , but the only problem is the file numbering (date is yyyy-dd-mm) doesn't help to keep files chronological.

Also can't see how to back up AOL folders, I ticked all available boxes, but not sure if folders are included (cant tell until back up is complete).

Update: folders were not backed up so on 14th October (next day) clicked on chat box and asked for help. Assistant immediately offered to help remotely. I was a bit nervous because he/she whizzed around my screen and opened and checked all my folders in my email account onlline then closed down and reopened my thunderbird app refreshing it. I feel bad for being sceptical because he ploughed on despite me fighting his mouse control over my screen and… TA da!!! My folders now appeared in thunderbird and then also in Sysinfo’s back up software! Complete success!!
