What really stands out about Kevin is that he genuinely cares about his customers. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and he has consistently taken the time to listen, understand my needs and make sure everything was handled properly. His communication, attention to detail and willingness to help have made the entire experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
It is rare to come across someone who provides this level of customer service. Kevin has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism while also being incredibly approachable, friendly and reassuring throughout. One of the good BMW branches always goes above and beyond. Battery on my phone was dying asked reception they refused by Craig who was looking after me took it in his office and charged it. Reception should do better to help tho type c is available on every machine.

The response time to my request was really quick from the sales rep Haymish. Was given a really good deal and was super quick to process. On the day of collecting the car, everything again quick and smooth with a really good guide on how to use and set up the tech.
