Not satisfied at all. They shouldn't charge for a product they don't have. Even though they gave me back the money I had to wait ten days to get it back and in any case I lost it due to the currency exchange. Positive kindness and speed in communication.

I had ordered 2 cases for what I thought was for an apple IPad mini 4, what failed to realize that I had not mentioned it was for an IPad mini 4, so they sent me cases for an IPad 4. So when I received them of course they didn’t fit, so I returned them for a refund which they did refund my money as soon as they received them. Good when you need extra protection
So far so good. Got this case to protect my sister’s iPad. She has Down’s Syndrome and is not always careful with her iPad and we recently had to buy her a new one after she removed the last one from its case and cracked the screen. Happily, she loves carrying “purses” and the strap makes this case perfect for her. Also, it’s not easy to remove the iPad from the case. Touch screen works well, you may have to use a little more pressure than the bare iPad screen but she doesn’t seem to have a problem with her games. This case seems to be pretty durable.
