I deeply regret my experience with tableware24, which has been nothing short of a disaster. I placed an order on June 10 and by the beginning of August, I had already received only some of the items. Concerned, I emailed them to inquire about the status of the remaining products. In response, they sent a few more items and promised the rest would be delivered by mid-August. However, when I reached out again in the beginning of September, they asked me to wait until the end of the month. The communication from their end was not just poor but also misleading. This is unequivocally the worst shop I have ever dealt with. Their inability to deliver on time, coupled with their lackluster customer service, ensures I won't be doing business with them again. Despite previous reviews setting higher expectations, my personal experience stands in stark contrast. Potential buyers, be warned and proceed with caution.

Mit großem Bedauern muss ich feststellen, dass meine Erfahrung mit tableware24 ein regelrechtes Desaster war. Ich habe am 10. Juni eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis Anfang August hatte ich bereits einige der Artikel erhalten. Besorgt über den fehlenden Rest, habe ich per E-Mail nach dem Status gefragt. Als Antwort schickten sie mir einige weitere Artikel und versprachen, dass der verbleibende Rest bis Mitte August geliefert würde. Doch als ich Anfang September erneut nachfragte, wurde mir gesagt, ich solle bis Ende September warten. Die Kommunikation ihrerseits war nicht nur mangelhaft, sondern auch irreführend. Dies ist ohne Zweifel der schlechteste Shop, bei dem ich je eingekauft habe. Ihre Unfähigkeit, pünktlich zu liefern, kombiniert mit ihrem unzureichenden Kundenservice, macht deutlich, dass ich in Zukunft nicht mehr mit ihnen Geschäfte machen werde. Trotz zuvor gelesener positiver Bewertungen steht meine persönliche Erfahrung in krassen Gegensatz dazu. Potenzielle Käufer sind gewarnt - bitte vorsichtig vorgehen.

good products, but shipment too late... promised 1 to 3 days, and lasted 14days...

Quick delivery. Glasses were packed very well and all 6 arrived safe and sound.

I have only good experience! Everything comes in time and in good condition. The support lady answered few times per day on my Emails (I had a little bit worried because of too good price and bad rate of the company on current website).

Ordered and paid for by American Express credit card, several Wedgwood "Jasper Conran Chinoiserie Green" products # 224119 - March 31, 2021 and # 210503 May 3, 2021 received partially, and reminders respond "Unfortunately, the item is not yet in stock" demonstrating disrespect to customers.

No order, no money, no reply :-/

After searching for a long time I finally foung this one piece of china I was looking for. Good price, fast and secure delivery. Plate was well packed.
Delivery to the Netherlands was no problem.

Horrible!!! They promise delivery in 5 days and right after you order they send you a notice saying they can’t deliver on time.
They don’t reply to emails.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with these people. They are BAD, maybe even dishonest. I give them one more week and will take legal action.

Please don’t buy there. I have already talked to a lawyer and I will go to the police during the next week as they are committing fraud and the managers should go to prison. Let the justice deal with this company and make them pay. I want compensation for the trouble.

Be aware do not order at this company when you do make sure to have PayPal assurance!!!!!!

Just like so many other reviews on this website I also ordered products end of Nov 2020 and have still not received anything. It is impossible to communicate with this company in any way the customer service is non existing. Only after PayPal escalation they responded but still no products received.....

Order placed end of August. 28th or so. Today September 14th. Order just processed to the delivery department and is under assembly. Just ordered Villeroy plates nothing extraordinary. Sent 2 emails to customer service which is supposed to contact back in 24hours. But does not deliver promises of service to the clients as nobody responded to me. Highly unsatisfactory approach. Also impossible to reach hotline on the calls. Tableware24 web is just freezing your money. What a shame. Very disappointed. Will not repurchase anything here, sadly. The choice looks good, but no delivery.
