17 days silence after order was placed. Only after my message did they reply to say that order was shipped... and then it still was not shipped for 2 days. Will not use again.
An incredible bad experience
An incredible bad experience. After ordering it took 3 weeks to get the information that the goods are now in stock, ready to be delivered. Another 2 weeks until the package arrived, however, only half of the ordered stuff arrived. Several calls and emails sent, no information about a second delivery, or reimbursement. Still try to get my money back, maybe in a year? I would strongly not recommend to buy here. Big disappointment

The worst company and shopping experience of my life!After fourteen days of waiting without answering my letters the instruction data for my shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically on 22.05. but till today 26.05. still not physically.Unbelivable!A company of liars, deceivers, and amateurs.Due to their delay and unprofessionalism I had to order the products elsewhere .Despite their fault and non-compliance with their own rules and deadlines, they did not allow me to cancel the order.
