Failed to fulfill my order, I placed it before 1:00 on the 11th paid for 24hour delivery and they didn’t even dispatch my item until midday on the 13th… I needed it for a trip on the 14th and now it’s going to arrive when I’m not in.
The lady on the phone was not very helpful, just said we can’t do anything about it. No complimentary service to say sorry just “it’s going to be with you on the 14th” I don’t know many companies these days who are willing to lose a customer like this. Most bend over backwards to say sorry for a mess up like this. Not tackle uk….
