Bought a £900 bivvy
Bought a £900 bivvy, that wasn't sent wrapped or needing a signature, was just left outside, not even in my porch. Report straight away and told 6-12 weeks for an investigation to take place, off to France in 2 week, no bivvy no refund, can't speak to a human must be done by message, customer service an absolute disgrace, they are not interested. After years for shopping at tacke UK never again.

The nroken rod was picked with the currier but no sign of my refund im not at all happy as I've did my part the currier has picked up the broken rod ive sent back but no sign of my refund im a disabled anler and I need to watch my money so no im not impressed
