Great service

I had reason to request a spare part for a discontinued item. They couldn't have been more helpful (Thanks Julie) and dispatched the part at no cost.

Tacwise Customer Service - Amazing

My tacwise 191el pro has broken. Contacted customer services via email. Experienced some fantastic customer service from Julie and have a replacement part on its way. Julie is a credit to Tacwise which means I will purchase more Tacwise products in the future.

Thank you for a brilliant experience

Great customer service

In my experience Tacwise customer service is second to none, prompt reply to query and with a comprehensive answer, nothing seems too much trouble for them. Their customer service is the main reason I purchased a Tacwise coil nail gun as a replacement for my old one, they gave me confidence that if I ever had a problem it would be resolved quickly!

Great customer service

Our staple gun had stopped working after very little use and we rang the company up. They were very helpful and we spoke a few times to Nick Saunders who sent the board and switches to us at no charge . He was extremely helpful .Well done customer service

Great tacwise customer service

I've a tacwise duo50 for just over 2 yrs. It has worked fine, assuming you use it realistically and with a little care e.g. I've used 40mm nails into soft wood and shorter nails into ply etc.
It stopped working 2yrs and 2wks after purchase but, despite being out of warranty, tacwise customer service was superb and it is has been repaired.

I bought this Tacwise 181EL Pro a…

I bought this Tacwise 181EL Pro a number of years ago, and it is clearly out of warranty by date. However having chosen a nail gun beyond our requirements, I thought this would be brilliant for a simple DIY'er such as myself, and I have used it on some 5 different projects - quarter beading around the room between wooden floor and skirting; and lately my wife used it for some construction of her beehives - small nails for the 6-10 mm width wood. All in all, it was used very lightly and sparsely at that.
All of sudden during the beehive project the nail gun stopped working. Ringing Tacwise who were very polite, professional and helpful, they said it was 'likely the circuit board inside'. It appears just because it was out of warranty they could not do anything. They were willing to sell us another nail gun for some £70 at a very small discount - but in all honesty for the amount we used it I was very disappointed that the gun gave out at all. Notwithstanding the age of the gun which is in excellent condition, I did expect it to last many more years before giving out on me for the amount of use it has had.
Other than that, it was ideal for our home DIY jobs. It felt comfy to use and even my wife liked using it.
We are told this gun is now obsolete - I wonder if it had anything to do with the circuit board? If you have any work requiring a hardy nail gun, just bear in mind this experience.
Thank you
David Christian
