Sherwin was a great help with my parts order.

Made one call, spoke with Paul told her the problem, sent her a picture of what l received, called me back within 24 hrs said parts were on the way with expedited two day shipping. Also when they looked the picture I sent they noticed that someone sent the wrong sincers the first time ,so they sent all 8 new sincers . Very happy with excellent service

Paul was extremely helpful and took care of my problems very quickly and was very supportive and pleasant to deal with.

Rose was super helpful and found the best camera set up for my horse trailer! She explained the difference between the various products and matched me with the best set up to monitor my horses while traveling. This is so important to me because my horses are my best friends and I want to keep them as safe as possible while traveling. Rose helped me so quickly which was awesome! I haven't received the product yet, so this review is about the process of buying. I started to chat with a rep and they called me which simplified the process. Rose was extremely knowledgeable about the product features and installation process including how to get certain functionality. I really appreciated that. I did some more research spoke with my installer and called back to purchase. I was able to use a promo code and Rose worked to ensure that is was shipped directly so I would make my installation window. It's scheduled to be delivered 2 days earlier than needed. So far so good with TadiBrothers. I am hoping the product does not disappoint.

Helpful and friendly

Paul was patient to help me understand the extended warranty options. Then helped me add the 2 year extended warranty to my cart. This is a warranty on my trailer backup system that covers everything my fault or not for full replacement.
