I am quite honestly gobsmacked at the positive reviews on here, I have had nothing but delays and poor communications. I have had one formal complaint with them that was settled out of their own complaints timelines, and I am very close to putting in another with a view to take the case to the ombudsman.

I am 13.5 months from offer on my house, with a NO CHAIN sale. Maybe I got unlucky, but I have dealt with now 3 solicitors, several paralegals and one senior team member, I am yet to have anything positive to say. Emails get ignored, paperwork gets lost, delays are long, would not recommend this company unless you are happy to have poor service.

I just wish I had paid the higher price for my selling agents fees and chose my own solicitor.

Recommended services. Communicative staff, closed earlier than we anticipated. Pretty good at doing their jobs. Had our questions answered but had to ask a few times to have things explained to us.

Based on my experience. Sale of my late fathers house has been a nightmare from day one. Constantly blaming my buyers Solicitor, when my buyer sent proof to me that his Solicitor was constantly pushing ours and not getting replies. They dealt with the sale of my own house about three years ago and I honestly could not fault them. Based on the sale of my Fathers house, I would never use them again. I do not recommend them at any cost.

Buying a home can be a stressful process, but my experience with Talbots Law was outstanding from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We highly recommend Eden from Talbots law. We were delighted with their work ethic and the quality of their work throughout the long and at times stressful process. Cody Howes and team are utterly incredible. Professional throughout with excellent communication and always going the extra mile. They did a fantastic job of conveyancing on two properties. Dont answer emails or phone calls
Catalogue of errors ,losing important documents that they have signed for,claiming they have emailed us documents which they haven't & sent important documents relating to the purchase with someone else's name on ... I do Not recommend this company at all

Emma and her team made the sale and purchase so much less stressful than it could have been. Their communication was great, they were always friendly and answered all of my questions really quickly. I would highly recommend them if you are moving house.

We had a great experience using Talbots for our house purchase, our solicitor Sean communicated fantastically throughout providing updates and a great service.

My experience with Talbots Law during the sale of my property was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the process. On one occasion, I was told that emails had been sent to me, but I never received them. A week later, I was contacted and criticised for not responding to emails that had never arrived.

The whole process felt disorganised and unnecessarily stressful. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Talbots Law for conveyancing.

Excellent service from Paul Woolliscroft .. he helped with my medical negligence claim and he was brilliant from start to finish .. thorough in explaining everything, very patient, helpful and professional at all times. Honestly amazing thank you so much for everything you did and the help and support though out the claim process .. definitely 10 out of 10.
