Terrible!!!
Unbelievable.... I am without a mobile 5 weeks later and they will not give me a PAC code so I can go to another provider.... my mobile account got hacked: Talk mobile gave the hacker an e sim on my account but denied it to me. they then agreed it had happened, after disabling my sim card! they then sent me another sim which they then attached to my daughters phone. When I called ,they passed it to their Fraud Team who then did not response for over a week... they wrote saying my sim had been re activated - it hadn't! I called and they then sent it back to fraud team .... 2 weeks later I have no working sim, no phone and apparently they cannot give me a PAC code to transfer until they send me ANOTHER sim....ahhhhhh!!!!!!

Frustrating
Frustrating.
I can't keep using talk mobile. I spend more time waiting for the signal to connect than anything else. On off, on off, on off. It's a joke. It's like using internet from the early 80's. In fact 1980 2G was better.
Follow up to the reply. I've already contacted customer service many times. As yet, my issues remain exactly the same. Nothing but more frustration.

Great Service Provider
I would happily recommend Talkmobile to family and friends because I had a very good experience of being a customer of theirs.
