Tamico was able to sort a way out to send my order even not listed on express shipping address. Happy with the packaging as well as with the item quality.

I live in Norway and have shopped at Tamico many times. They have reasonable prices and a large selection of products. Their customer service is notably outstanding—always ready to assist and genuinely helpful. In particular, when I encountered a service issue, I was promptly attended to and received nothing short of a five-star service experience.

Great shop, lots of parts, cars and all you need for the RC hobby. And all for competitive prices as well. One of the best RC shops in Europe.

Sorry to have to write this review but I have been extremely disappointed by Tamico. Bought a very expensive car from them as it was such a good deal, paid 50 euros to have it posted to the Uk and nearly 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. Have had a few email responses asking me to be patient! The courier has lost the parcel and Tamico are doing nothing about it apart from fobbing me off with poor emails.

Goods arrived damaged inside a non damaged carton box. This means they shipped the damaged kit by choice. This is much worse than a transit damage . Customer service answer like this.. I dont like the way they responce at all.. ! quote " thanks for your order at Tamico.

As long as there only this minor damages to the boxes, the Kits should not have been damaged.

As this is only cosmetically issue, you can only claim your right of withdrawal and sent the Kits back, on your own costs. Or keep them." unquote.

My first order was a Tamiya Terra Scorcher. It was not available in stock but when I wrote for more informations, I received a kind and precise answer:the model would have been shipped in 5 days. That happened exactly and I received a perfect package and a perfect model, thank you.
PS so I ordered another model! Tamiya AMG Gt3 Mercedes

I wish every online shop was as good as Tamico. Great service, fast shipment and they reply (in length) to emails with questions. Besides, they simply have the best website on RC in Europe. Period.

Very good service, have used them a few times now. They have a great level of stock and prices are very reasonable. Sometimes their website can be tricky to navigate as some of the part names do not translate easily between english and german. Postage can be expensive but I usually wait until I need a reasonable order size. Orders are sent with tracking sadly its normally picked up in the uk by ukmail who then ruin the experience. Use DPD if you get the chance on checkout.

Really glad I found Tamico. They have a lot of parts and kits etc that aren't available in the UK. After numerous transactions, they've been brilliant, very proffesional. Always packaged nicely and securley, and arrive on time. Couldn't recommend Tamico enough. Look forward to future purchases.

dont use this hobby store they wil give you the wrong parts 90% of the time and they dont care about it..

Quick shipping, very neatly and carefully packed. Kit arrived in immaculate condition, plastic wrapping intact and at a great price. Will be looking forward to my next dealings with Tamico.de

Found the products I wanted at great prices. Items sent promptly by Tamico, but then got stuck in UK Customs due to new system by ParcelForce/RoyalMail. Marc and the team at Tamico were very helpful in trying to find out why, even though it wasn't their fault! The goods arrived a few days later. Highly recommended if you're looking for Tamiya products.

I find Tamico unique among on-line stores. I asked them to help with the shipping arrangements and they were very accommodating even though I live outside their normal marketing area. In the future, I would have no reservations buying from Tamico given their exceptional level of service to their customers.
