I was not sent the set of DVDs…

I was not sent the set of DVDs advertised as part of the order. I have made several attempts to call them with no response, and I have also written to them at their contact email address, again, no response. My last effort was to return everything they sent, but again, I completed the return process on their website and received no reply.
I have ordered items in the past that were delivered on time. But I will never use Tan Books again. I will also block a website that recommends this company.

I have been a customer for over 25…

I have been a customer for over 25 years

Their company sends out a daily devotional which is really good.

Over the last three or four months it stopped coming in to my email.
I have repeatedly texted them regarding the situation, but no one ever returns my call. Once you do call them you get a voicemail of some gentleman that works there who never returns calls.
I have spent thousands of dollars with this company and they are not courteous enough to return your call or fix your problem. I would never ever use them again under any circumstance they just seem to be focused on the purchase and not on anything else. they are extremely prompt on sending out books for sale over and over and over many of which I have no interest in The real problem lies in the fact that they don’t return calls .. that tells you a big story about the company. If you can’t take care of your customers concerns, how could I be trusted to send you money for books that I don’t necessarily want. Since then, I have gone over to other publishers and I am very pleased with their customer service. I went to another source for the daily devotional and I’m very pleased. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance I’m just being truthful and honest something. I don’t think they can do - but beware, they will wear you out on buying their books. But if you have a problem, they are nowhere to be found. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact them with no avail.
If you were smart, just find another book seller that is straightforward and can handle their business. This company lacks in all of those areas. I’m so glad I got rid of this. I’m not gonna chase anyone or any company.

I’m usually not one to criticize anything or anyone. But in this circumstance, they need to be held accountable because they don’t take care of their business. They just want money. It’s that simple. Please find another reputable book seller if you need books of any kind. If so, and you stay with this company, you will be seriously disappointed.

TAN Books the worst customer service

I've never been so hesitant about posting a review its like I keep holding out thinking that because its TAN books and they are a religious organization that they will get in touch with me and do the right thing but at this point it's just way out of line the customer service or lack there of.  I placed an order on the 25th of April and yes I made an error and inverted a number in the shipping address so when they arrived at the shipping address they were refused I noticed this error the same day they tried to deliver them and from that point forward it's been nothing short of a nightmare trying to get the situation fixed first went to there customer service which give you an option to message them I messaged them 2 times I put the correct shipping information my phone number and nothing so then I started calling there customer service which I believe it took about a week of calling multiple times a day leaving many messages about the urgency of my problem you see the books my husband got are for a course he is taking in spiritual warfare but it's been difficult considering he doesn't have the books.  Finally there was some moment they messaged me said this was the first they had heard of the situation it's a mystery where my numerous attempts to contact them were directed but they were not directed to them. But they finally say that they're going to reship the books to my husband and apologize for the delay and asked me for the correct shipping address which I promptly sent to them as soon as I send them the correct shipping address they email me and tell me that they're going to refund me and that I will need to reorder the books on the website when I get the money back still haven't gotten the money back it's just been ridiculous just completely ridiculous I would think that an organization that aligns themselves with the Catholic faith would have a little bit better customer service when it comes to dealing with their customers but like I said dealing with tan books has been nothing short of a nightmare and I would give them no stars if that were an option and I will be purchasing my Catholic materials from another vendor from this point forward which actually really saddens me because they have a lot of great material.  I'm including some screen shots of the emails between myself and TAN books but I have not heard anything from them since the last email they sent they have yet to refund my money this is just been a really bad experience to say the least
Thank you,
Aggie Burdess

Paid for book but no book: TanBooks

Over two months ago I ordered a book, from Tanbooks Benedict Press (the two are legally combined in some way). I was charged $27.90 by "St. Benedict Press" on my bank account. After a month I contacted Tan Books about it. After several emails, some responded to & some not. Where is my book? Nothing happens-no book. I look on their website & you can rate them: 5 stars or 4 stars but when you look at 3,2,1 stars, they are "shaded" & you cannot choose those lower ratings, so of course, all their ratings are 4 or 5 stars.
Today, June 23 I received my book, finally!!!
