On 28 December 25,I visited Tanishq AB road Indore. An employee attended me and I booked a pair of bangles at a frozen gold rate. It was told that I am eligible for around 7000/- off. The next day on 29th Dec 2025 I went to exchange my old gold for the remaining payment. I entered the outlet at 6:10 p.m. they explained all the things that I need to do for gold exchange. All these ended up by 6:35 p.m. and the worse things started. I came to know that the discount offer on 28th Dec is not valid because it was applicable on 13.5% or above making charges and my product was of 12% making charge and they realised that offer is not on system and just a verbal communication.This made me so disappointed and deceived.
Then I went for another offer which is the birthday month offer for which I was eligible. But I was shocked to know that there is no update showing on the system just because it was my spouse's contact no. not mine. So they raised a ticket for the updation for my husband's contact no. It took about an additional hour to add to my woes .Now after updating finally I got the discount of about 5600/-. And now it's the time for final bill settlement for which I was asked to pay 6622/- Then when the UPI link was sent, the amount raised to 7688/- I made that payment and question furiously about it. So they said that the gold rate goes down just now that's why it is showing this difference. I said angrily that it was their fault for the delay not mine.
So they returned 1050/- to me and then I left the store with a lot of frustration at about 8:45 p.m.
After this horrendous experience I will never shop from Tanishq
and will advise people not to rely on their false verbal commitments and double check the offers on the system.
The employees need to be educated and updated about the store offers. They should check on the system before making any such commitment to the customers. Time for INTROSPECTION.

Worst after sale service….I m a customer of Tanishq since many years but did not get any complaint but recently I purchased a ring with rodium polish. Within one month the polish gone. I contact to the store. They bluntly refused to exchange the product and said to leave the product for quality check without knowing the solution they will give. As a customer why should I bear all this rubbish. Quality check is ur internal procedure. I will suggest people to think twice before purchasing from Tanishq specially from Worldmark, Gurgaon outlet. The dealing lady was Sarvesh and the store manager is Ranjan. They will insist u take membership with worst after sale service….

The sales girl was very nice, her name was Neelam, but the greeter did not even wish for me, that girl's name was Avneet Kaur from Patiala. Wishing the customer, asking her about it, thanking her, but she was not like that at all, she was in her attitude.

We had a good time while redeeming our jewellery at tanishq ALL the details were explained well by kabita,sr retail sales officer at tanishq hennur branch.Overall had a good experience. Thank u

Worst service i have ever received from any OEM.

One of the worst customer friendly company, worse then a road side vendor with no ethics or culture. They give you nightmares if you need to connect with them. Extremely good in passing the buck from one desk to the other till you get fed up and give up. I shall share videos of their doings also on social media.

The experience was very nice and the staff Mrs Pushpa at MI Road Jaipur Branch was very hospitable and co operative.

I have been attempting to contact the Tanishq Golden Harvest team through their toll-free number and the experience has been worst. The IVR does not provide a direct option to speak to the concerned team, and after selecting the available route, the system claims to be connecting the call. However, I am left on hold for over 5 minutes with complete silence and no update. It is unclear whether I should remain on hold or disconnect. This issue needs to be addressed urgently.

Nice shop and jwellery

I had a terrible experience with Tanishq’s online shopping platform. I ordered gold coins but never received them within the promised delivery timeline. When I checked the tracking details on SEQUEL, their delivery partner, no updates were available.

I contacted Tanishq customer care multiple times over phone and email, but every time I only received a generic apology and no real solution. The lack of proper tracking, accountability, and communication from both Tanishq and their courier partner is extremely disappointing.

I expected much better from a reputed brand like Tanishq, but this experience has completely shaken my trust in their online services. Very poor service and irresponsible handling of valuable items.

Very bad coustomer care service they have pathetic people.... worst ...they are so unprofessional they don't know their job they are just torturing the coustomer.....this is the last time iam buying any thing online from mia by tanishq

Experience with Tanishq was great, I went to AS Rao nagar Telangana hyderabad. I specially want to thanks Alekha for her best service. She want very kind and had lots of patience to showed me varieties which I would like to buy,and made it a point that I don't go unsatisfied. Also I would like to thank the billing section , who really helped me a lot and made my things easier and faster.

I recently purchased gold worth ₹1.2 lakh from Tanishq during Dhanteras, expecting some festive offers or benefits as advertised. However, I was quite disappointed to find that there was no Dhanteras discount and no reduction or benefit on making charges.

As a loyal customer, I chose Tanishq for its trust and quality, but during such a major festive occasion, I expected at least some appreciation or exclusive offer for buyers.

The lack of festive benefits made the purchase feel like a regular day transaction. It would be great if Tanishq could offer better value or loyalty benefits during Dhanteras to match the festive spirit and customer expectations. I am not going to buy now .
